Technician Michael was asked to wear a mask twice and kept on taking it off. He wouldn’t keep it on. Very disappointed, I thought it was company policy to wear masks during the pandemic? Please do not send this technician again.

Hi, I had to call today to reschedule a follow up visit for ants by BBQ and spider webs on window and deck. There were 2 techs and they spent less than 15 minutes. Kind of disappointed:(

No one called before heading over this morning. I attempted to call yesterday and got disconnected after holding about 8-10 minutes. Sent an email to have a call back for a scheduling for later this week since my Tuesday appointment was a no show, and no one called me back. Not even sure if they put bait for wasp in back deck area, and inside was not completed. Not a happy customer right now. Think I’m going to look for new pest control.

The tech never showed up despite promising that since he was running late, he will come between 6 and 7 pm ... and to top that I got an email saying that Y you our tech showed up and did all this work that was listed!! How could have I received this email when the tech never showed up? Also, I told the same thing to the guy who called to ask for feedback on the experience of the service that was performed today! When there was no service how could I give feedback on the experience. I signed up with the door to door sales guy and I was promised service today.

Sara was efficient and could explain exactly what I could expect as I am new to this service. She was friendly and thorough. Her demeanor gave me a confidence that continues to grow with each service visit. P.S. The other site that mentioned the bonus for the service tech did not connect. This happened once before when I attempted to write one for Bill, my first contact visit.
