Very thorough job! This heat is so hard! Appreciate a job well done with all these hard conditions!!! Thank you.
He was very professional and explained in detail what would happen and when. He proceeded to work on treating the outside of the property. To rid our lives of ants, deer ticks, and other bugs will be wonderful. I will know how well he has done when the treatment begin to work. I really like being able to call if I see bugs and they will come for free. Thank goodness for senior discounts!

We have used Aptive for approximately 2 years now, quarterly treatments and monthly when necessary. For the most part they have been pretty efficient in the past, however in the last 8 months have been a nightmare. Let's start with last March when they kept showing up at our house every week, unscheduled and unannounced, trying to do treatments that were not scheduled. Upon trying to contact the office to speak to anyone that would answer instead we were put into a technological loop and finally after terminal hold times were asked to leave a message, which by the way... you guessed it! They wouldn't return the calls!...Read More

Bryan was personable and he looked very professional. He wore a mask when talking to me and explained what the first visit entailed. He was thorough and got me through the initial paperwork. I look forward to having this company take care of any pest problems that may crop up - AND doing their best to keep them away! So far - so good!

Came for 5 min not finished what was promised. I'll not recommend this service to anyone. Also I'll ask my money back
Hannah did an outstanding job! She fulfilled her duties in forcefully pressing the wand with chemicals on it around my eves, adequately sprayed crevices and cracks around my doors and windows, and did details like spreading chemicals in my flowerbeds. She spent the time, did what Aptive had promised, and worked hard in doing a great job!
