Nice job. The technician was courteous and answered all of my questions. We have an infestation of Stage 1 Lantern Fly Nymphs. Given the problems in Bucks County, it would be beneficial if Aptive could develop a product that could kill these pests. Thank you.

Duran was thorough and quick in doing the inside spraying. He listened to my details of spiders & centipedes and was very conscientious about setting traps. He thoroughly sprayed the threshold at the garage where there seemed to be a fair amount of bug traffic!

Guillermo was not our original technician, but after seeing him next door performing a service, I asked if he wouldn’t mind treating our house as well. He made a call and was happy to do a full treatment inside and out! Very happy with Aptive.

I am sorry, but, the front yard and side yard were not completed? You had asked if i needed flea treatment in the front and I said no, i still need spider, ant, etc in the front yard and side yard. I tried to run after you, but, you had left ? In the past the technician lets me know when they are done.
