I have contacted the company by several different communication methods to cancel this before it even started. I have been told that it was cancelled and no one else come on to my property but that hasn't happened yet. Company doesn't make it easy to do business with. I apologize for the negative comment for the technician, I am sure he is a good guy who does a great job, but trying to get my account cancelled has been a nightmare so I will use any method possible to get it cancelled.

The technician was polite ,professional and knowledgeable. Job well done. He took his time to explain things to me and even interacted with my children who were getting in his way.

Roger was on time, polite, he explained well and did a very good job treating every area in and around the property. He was hesitant at first because I did not have any documents to show I had a contract with Aptive. I still have not received anything from the main office but will request it again. I give 4 stars today because I just had the first treatment done a week ago, we are still seeing bugs and need another service.I doubt it has anything to do with the work of the technician,those are tenacious bugs (roaches),and will gladly add a 5th star if the problem is solved.
