The technician was well prepared using his foot covers and a mask. Came in and sprayed all the baseboards inside the house and garage that was accessible. Given that we just moved into the home we had things everywhere and felt bad, but he made his best effort to spray those hard to reach areas. Aloha for the great service 👍
I have had nothing but frustration with you guys for a LONG time. I am trying to be understanding of the difficulties of business during these challenging times, but you have made it hard to be patient. And as usual my last service was average at best in that I still find webs in obvious places around my property including places I specifically pointed out to the technicians. I am not happy with Aptive.
When the technician arrived, I didn't answer the door because there were aggressive solicitors in our neighborhood, and I didn't know who it was. Once I realized who it was I went on the porch and did not see anyone. My back door was open and no one went in the back yard. I looked out again and saw a vehicle with the engine running. It stayed a measured amount of time (presumably the expected time for service to be done) and then left. My front porch still had cobwebs.
I have canceled my service. I fell I paid $115 for a technician to drive to my house and sit in his car in the air conditioning.
Very nice and did a great job. Was very thorough and was very happy with the service today
Tech was very nice and professional. Was suppose to treat yard for fleas and ticks and come back with traps for mice/rats. And haven't seen or heard from them.
Quentin was courteous and did pest control all around the house exterior. Thanks!
