He is by far your best employee. Way more thorough then the last couple technicians that were sent to my home. I truly believe we will not have a bug problem for quite some time. Great customer service. Felt safe with the precautions he took due to covid. I cannot say enough good things. I hope next quarter he be the one that returns.
Answered all my questions thoroughly, patient, friendly, prompt, and made sure every concern I had he address with no problems! Five stars for sure wish I could hire him as our permanent technician!! đź’Ż
Great crew and show up exactly when they say and work hard in this awful heat.
The technician “Don’t remember his name” was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He walked me threw the paperwork and clearly explain what he was doing. After he finished he made my family feel comfortable knowing that there wouldn’t be anymore bugs
If I can rate 1 star, then I would rate 1 star for this company, Aptive Environmental Company. I’m very disappointed about this company and services. I’ve been having the services for couple years and always they were always have problems. They delayed phone calls, bad customer services, didn’t show up for the services, many phone calls for the services, and the technician was lied, didn’t come but sent a completed services notification via email. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. SUPER SUPER SUPER... BAD SERVICES.
I don't know how ironclad my agreement is with Active, but you've been out twice in the last month as we just signed up, and to say I'm disappointed is a great understatement.
I canceled my last pest guy because I was home the last time he came, and he was here for about 2 minutes, and I didn't feel that was worth $100+. Your service is even more expensive, but at least your people stayed longer, but how they could miss all the spider webs and cobwebs twice now is beyond my understanding.

Gordon did our service on 7/9, he was very courteous and professional.
I would recommend him highly and would be happy for him to do our service in the future.
Cancel the service! Was sold a package that was supposed to spray for carpenter bees. First service you did it and told for the second visit that you don't. Also the other technician missed a wasp nest on the house.
Poor excuse for a pest control company.
She was great! Very nice, very efficient, very kind. She showed a lot of interest on my needs :)
