Helpful and informative. He told me exactly what he was doing and how long it would take
Armando was so great. He was thorough and explained everything and spent time showing me how things worked--- he was a lifesaver.
Scott was very nice. He was very respectful and knowledgeable about the service.
This technician did not complete the job & purposely (defiant) ignored me as I tried speaking to him.
He connected my hose to the spigot from the housing of hose (without permission) which blocked the stairway to front door. He tightened it so tight I could not turn to remove the liability it presented.
He left the premises without finishing the spraying of yard, without putting hose back so it wouldn't block stairs & left without closing the gate.
I understand his anger because I complained that I was NOT notified the service was rescheduled for today the 13th from a NO show on Friday the 10th when I was left waiting for a technician with NO contact of cancelation.

First this will not allow you to do less that 3 stars and this first service was supposed to be this gold star treatment that did everything including taking car is existing spider webs etc... none of that happened at all. If this is the quality of services I do not wish to continue.
I tried to rate your business but your program will not allow me an option below 3 stars. At this time I would not give you any stars. You have a long way to go to earn my business.
We were sitting in our courtyard when the technician was here and we did not see him on the south or west side of the house.
This was supposed to be a 30 day follow up to the initial spraying. We still have a spider problem in the courtyard that not been addressed. Please address this issue and refund the service fee which you charged us.

He was efficient, patient and respectful. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of with all the services inside and outside. Unfortunately, it was very hot outside - he still maintained a smile on his face. I was concerned about my new puppy and I had a few questions about the product used inside and that the ants would be gone in the grass. I am very pleased with his service and friendly & knowledgeable attitude! Thank you!

So far, no mice since starting with Aptive Pest Control service. The tech who stopped out today, Brady Ilminen, was courteous and professional. The company's overall communications with us has been excellent as well.
