I was disappointed that Michael did not let me know he was here until I saw him drive off. I did not even see him go around the house. I wanted to move some kids riding toys that were next to the wall he sprayed before he did it. I never received a response from you regarding biting insects on the deck which I don't think he treated for. I would appreciate knowing the time a technician is scheduled and when he arrives.
