Long Distance Van Lines is an absolute scam. I used them in 2015. They charge you way more ($1000!) than they quote you even with detailed dimensions of how big everything is. They don't tell you when you're expected to get your furniture by (or if they do, they're off by days). And they are careless with the furniture itself. My piano (somehow?) got fingerprints *molded* into its veneer! I have no idea how that happened given that they covered it in a blanket, and I can't get rid of it! Can't say that I've even heard of this company and some of the comments aren't very supportive. I've used a long distance mover twice in the past five years called A1Auto Transport and didn't have any of the issues mentioned here. They have good reviews across multiple different sites and the service (and price) to back it up. If anyone has had bad luck with this company, I'd recommend giving A1 a shout and see what they can offer. I would guess it's both cheaper and better.
I don’t think I have ever used a moving company as good as this one. Clear pricing, good admin staff, professional movers all came together for a wonderful experience that made moving less of an ordeal than it usually is. Highly recommended.
People skills + professional skills make for a good company and happy customers, and I am definitely a very happy customer. I have never seen a moving team work so hard and so fast in the 8 moves I have made in the past. Great experience and would use again.
Cheerful movers who made a stressful move not so stressful. We were overwhelmed by the amount of stuff we had but these guys handled it all without complaint and just got right into it. Loved them this time and would use them again.
Am in the real estate sector and this is the company I would recommend to anyone who wants to move. I have seen them handle moving for most of my clients and they do it well. I have never gotten a single complaint about them.
I had a quite complicated front yard and most movers had told me it would be impossible to get the truck near the door. This company’s driver did it and within a few hours everything was in the truck.

CROOKS!! THIEVES AND LIARS. Never use this company, they will rip you off. Rude customer service. Bait and switch operation. Someone should shut them down. Please check their BBB ratings and believe the negative coments.
I had Alex and Bogdan on move day. They called before they arrived, were punctual and did not waste time getting to work. If only they could have done all my previous moves…
The main reason I chose Long Distance Van Lines is that they offer a great deal compared to many of the other companies I looked at. There were several that were cheaper but those seemed to be rather shady operations I did not feel comfortable leaving with stuff with. Sam, the sales manager, convinced me to give them a try.
