WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER and we've moved a lot!! IVL mixed up our short term delivery, required cash they never mentioned up front (who doesn’t take a debit/credit card for thousands of dollars?), lost the last storage unit and tried to tell us we received everything until they finally located it, then it didn’t arrive until 2 MONTHS later after they found it, lousy customer service throughout and never took us seriously, and lastly, they broke thousands of dollars worth of stuff and didn’t reimburse us for anything - our $1500 patio table wasn't even unloaded from the truck because it was so damaged!!! This is the worse company I have ever encountered, they left the pickup hanging 3 times. I'm actually contacting the BB Bureau, They plain and simply won't give an answer, they have no control over the dispatch or the pick up company. I need to request on the deposit. Justin, Karen, Ryan, George, I spoke to EVERYSINGLE PERSON in that company, and Nobody was even kind enough to bring me back from hold, I called, without exaggeration, AT LEAST 40 times held on line OVER 2 HOURS TOTAL. I just don't know how can they be on the top list.
They were fantastic! So helpful and so sweet to my 5 month old puppy! They made it so easy to get moved from one place to the other! He especially made the move so easy on my pup by petting him and giving him treats! I highly recommend using IVL to anyone! They even offered to put different pieces together without any hesitation!
Best movers! Professional, friendly, fast! These guys were awesome I will definitely use again. They were on time and worked so carefully and quickly and were everything you could ask for in a moving company. I had two men help me move everything. From second floor to 4th floor apartment.
Signed quote for $4787.06 and changed quote after house items were on truck to $7560.18. A whopping 57.9 percent. Tough bite to chew for retired person. I could refurnish house for that. Then when trying to deal with them customer service was even worse.

Very professional. He and his crew made quick work of my move. Nothing damaged along the way. Well prepared and clearly experienced. IVL charges a flat hourly fee, which is very reasonable considering the quality of service. Highly recommend.
Use caution with this outfit !! They gave me a quote for an "average" sized house . Bottom line is , whatever the "quote " is , is what you're going to get billed , despite their mentioning of an hourly rate . Makes you think you will get billed for how long it takes ... In my case , I was completely packed up and prepared. The guys showed up on time, took them 4.5 hrs from the time they showed up , to the time everything was moved to my storage unit. When they went to take the stuff off the truck , they demanded payment RIGHT THEN. I had put down $700 deposit , at the site I had to give them another $1200. These guys are amazing! This is the second time I used them because I was so impressed the first time and they did not disappoint. They are very reliable, prompt, organized, courteous, and professional. Setting up the move was a breeze and they moved me in and out of my apartment in 3 hours! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle-free move.
