On at least THREE occasions I have been told less than candid responses/ information from this company from top to bottom . Furthermore , they have been obtuse in providing transparency about their company’s lawful organization under California business laws . Moreover , once confronted with the undeniable truth to their deceit / deception , they make unauthorized , harassing phone calls to your house and others .
I ordered Senior Safety Medical Alert for my 90 year old mother. This company sent out the system, mind you via US post office. The system never arrived, but I was charged the 3 month fee immediately. The company claimed the system was lost by the post office. I was to receive a system and a lock box. The system was resent, but the company forgot to add the lock box. I called, and was told the lock box was going next day delivery. I was also told I would get a one month credit. Instead getting a credit, I was charged another 29 dollars on my credit card. I called, and it was reversed, however, no credit I was promised was applied. We just received my mother’s alert device. During the initial testing, it indicated that her help button battery is low. We only received it today!! My confidence in this company is crushed. Don’t they test before sending these devices? People’s lives depend upon them. Very unimpressed and will be looking into other more reliable companies for this service.
The app that allows family members to locate the senior has problems. Out of the 5 times I tried to locate my Dad, it worked only twice. Got error messages and not able to connect to server messages. When my sister tried from another state, she got the same messages.
