MobileHelp's Classic system is available for $34.95 a month, while their Solo and Duo systems can be purchased for $37.95 and $41.95 respectively. The company offers discounted prices for clients who select annual, semi-annual, or quarterly billing with their Classic system. MobileHelp offers their monitoring services without long-term contracts, equipment fees, shipping costs, or activation fees. Their plans are also cancellable, yet customers must return the entire system or continue to be charged the service fee. In the event that service charges go unpaid and the equipment is not returned, the customer will be responsible for the total cost of the system, which could be up to $350.00 dollars.

The GPS unit for travel is awful while it's being electrically charged. It blinks colored lights that light up a whole room and kept me up all night, as well as my house guests. It also stays lighted when it was in my purse, causing outsiders comments. My home unit that has lighted "reset" and "emergency" buttons also has issues. The Emergency light goes out for at least 4-5 hours daily.

I have had Mobile Help for a couple of years and they are terrific. I have been surprised by EMTS numerous times when wrist button was accidentally punched and everyone was so nice. Please note the response time is incredibly fast. Last time I was just trying to retrieve phone message from alert center when EMTS walked in my back door. As near as I could tell, response from button push to their arrival was about 13 minutes. How is that for service? Could not be happier with my choice. Comptent, courteous, caring and always pleasant. Thank you Mobile Alert for restoring my confidence in living alone after many falls.

Just received my alert system and opened it up I could not find my" fall pendent" and I only got 1 watch pendentWhen ordering I understood that the fall button was included in the amount I was charged when ordering .I am waiting for someone to hook it up for me hopefully by the weekend I am 82 yrs old and was wanting to keep my payments to not run over 40.00 month I am looking forward to along friend ship with MOBILE HELP!!

I have been using this company for two years. Their equipment is excellent. Their service is excellent. The people with whom I have interacted have been outstanding and professional. I feel very "safe" but what is also great is that in someone else's emergency, when I am in their area or environment, I can call for help as well..... This service is worth every cent! i was charged 89 dollars for one month which included a 49 dollar processing fee whats up with that? i have the number he called me from if you need it and he charged me 39.95 a month!!! for a solo model 2 dollars more than i was supposed to be charged

I have had this for about a month and it does work, in fact it is too sensitive, it goes off if just bumps something like my dishwasher rack. I have tried on my mobil phone and my land line phone to contact customer service to no avail. I get push nine and we will call you back, that was six hours ago and no return call on either phone. So I am not happy with that aspect. I want to see if they can make it less sensitive but guess they do not care about customer service. The device is fine, the service is not. If I could just leave a review for service it would be a one.

I have been without a lockbox for many months. I don't know what happened to my original one. It just disappeared. When I called to get another one, the person told me that they would send me another free of charge. However, I have never received a replacement. Other than that I have no complaints. I am so pleased with my MobileHelp Medical Alert System. The staff is always ready with emergency help. I also like the fact that I can call day, night or weekend to make instant changes to my personal/contact info; this is just as important as getting speedy medial assistance. Thanks Brittany! If everyone had a Mobile Home Alert System at Home and a necklace with them to carry when they are out, if they fall they well have nothing to worry about. The best investment I ever made is The"Mobile Home Alert"I sleep well at night, knowing that if have to get up to go the bathroom if should fall, My Mobile if there to help one push and they will connect you with the ambulance. I recommend this system to everyone that is home alone like me. I have no worry's MOBILE HELP is there to help me. Thank you Mobile Help, for you help!!!!!!

I have worked with four Medcal Alert companies now. I have encountered lack of honesty, a good product but poor organization, a good product but tied to a landline unless you paid a big price and now I have conmected with a company I can hopefully enjoy for many years that offers everything I have been wanting for a price I can afford. I have met several very nice people by phone. They knew their business very well and were all very helpful. I have really appreciated the organization I have seen. Certainly makes me more confident in my choice and makes the service so easy.

This company is wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring my mother was covered in case of a fall for if she needed help. Their products are outstanding and they monitor them to make sure they are charged and up to date. I would highly recommend them.

Over all I'm happy with the service that I have received when I have contacted the company. I do have a small problem though, when I received my system the leather case for the mobile device was not included. I talked to someone about having it sent out however it's been a couple of weeks and it hasn't arrived. I sure would appreciate getting it.

I purchased this unit about 7 months ago and am completely satisfied. Have had to use it twice in the last 6 weeks. Great response time. Have lock box on front door so fire department was able to get into house with no problem.

I just started with MobileHelp. I am a tech dummy, so have had a lot of questions for them which were answered quickly and accurately. I have tested EVERY button and device they sent me and they were patient and understanding. Only on one instance did it take what to me was too long to respond. I will be watching that in the future. To me taking more than 30 seconds to respond to an emergency is unacceptable. In the one instance, it was late evening and >60 second response time. Every representative we spoke with was good and there was no problem with the equipment. My 94 year old mother uses the necklace whenever she comes over now because we really don’t need it anymore, however it’s definitely a good company.

My Mother-in-law had a medical emergency and used her MobileHelp pendent to request an ambulance. My wife and I had a call on our phone and the caller id said ” Rapid Res Moni” we did not answer, not recognizing the caller. we live in Nevada, a swing state for elections and we get at least 15-20 political calls/day where we do not recognize the caller. It turns out that the call was very important as the lady was taken to the hospital. Our inquiry as to why the caller id did not say MobilHelp we were told that Rapid Res Moni serves many response companies and can not personalize the MobilHelp caller id. Why are they rated only 3 out of 5 stars? Plus, I don't trust the BBB having used them before with an A+ rating on Movers Inc. and got the worst services EVER! As a disabled person it took them 14 hours with damaged and stolen property. Would like to see some negative testimonies for MobilHelp. NO company is perfect. Thanks.

This mobile one is great, this goes anywhere and can track your position and if you need help they will talk with till you get the help you need.
