The company's mobile medical alert device, LivelyMobile2, is a self-contained wearable device that affords customers direct two-way communication to an emergency response agent without a base station or other equipment needed.

Customers can purchase additional services with their device. Automatic fall detection is one option. Customers can also elect to purchase the Urgent Care option, which connects them with licensed medical professionals who can provide medical advice, write prescriptions, and more. The Lively Link option can alert loved ones and caregivers whenever an emergency response is detected.

The Lively Mobile2 is $79.99.

The monthly price you'll pay for professional emergency response depends on which optional services you select to add to your plan. If you purchase a Basic plan with no fall detection, your cost will be $24.99 per month, plus an activation fee. At the other end of the price spectrum, if you choose a Premium plan that includes fall detection, access to an urgent care medical team, and Care Advocate, your cost will be $44.98 per month plus an activation fee.

Customers can pay for service monthly. There is no long-term contract required to access Lively services.
