I want to know what my coverage covers and when does it start and don't give me any rude comments.
I have been with this warranty company for 6 years. I now need a new furnace. They knew when I signed up that my furnace was over 20 years old. They knew the day was coming that I would need help with it. They are not going to do a thing. Nothing. I’m on my own.
Do not use this home warranty company. They have been impossible to work with and they deny claims. We had American Home Shield before and they were very fair. This company collects your payments and then refuses to help when there is a problem.
I worked for IGS. I purchased the home warranty. I have a 68 year old house. They did not honor the warranty when I had a plumbing issue because it had tree roots. Tree roots will be a part of every outdoor plumbing issue. If tree roots CAUSED an issue on a pipe that they had inspected but they provide no home inspection.
They are courteous and they did send someone out.
Hello. I have a home warranty with you folks. I keep reading about how you don’t charge deductibles. I have paid a $100 deductible on 3 separate occasions. Why is this? I bought the best plan and coverage that you offer. Can someone reach out to me to explain this? Thank you!
I purchased IGS Home insurance program for almost last 8 years, paid monthly premiums through auto payments without any delays. Here are two very negative experiences I had recently. Hopefully, this will help you be aware of IGS program and make wise decision while selecting such home insurance programs: 1. Last year, when I needed repair with central heating furnace, they denied the claim stating the heat exchanger needed replacement and not covered under the insurance program. Heat Exchanger being the main component of the furnace but the plan does not cover. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! had a leak & called IGS; response was all about what they do not cover; they insisted that I had to use their Plumber..1st one never showed up, when I called IGS, was advised that , "they refused to work in my area', yet I was not contacted. " Was then told that Best's Plumbing would contact me"; they did 5 days later. of course with no notification from IGS. I paid for everything myself so why I do need this "CRAPPY" coverage & absolute rudeness & inefficiency from IGS????? A REAL SHAM !!! Shame on YOU !!!
