I need to cancel my warranty policy with your company effective immediately. I have been trying to get my garage door repaired, now you are not answering your phone or email. Please send my refund to the address you have on file for James Haseleu, Alpine, CA
Reason for cancelation, Breach of contract.
Call the credit card company you've used and tell them your situation and they'll refund you the balance left which I got back 8 months (out of the 12 months) that I signed up for so better do it asap. Most likely this Endurance Home Warranty is already bankrupt and they have the audacity NOT to tell their members and to odd part is that their website is still functioning although their main number says .."temporarily unavailable.."
One star is generous...it should be zero! I got two policies for 2.5 years each. I had so many problems with my first two claims that I was assigned to a VIP customer service rep (who was the only nice person I ever spoke to...all others were rude and short tempered). I never got either claim resolved. I'm still waiting for a $200 reimbursement check for an older microwave, which they told me was in the mail. The second claim was filed with no response or confirmation. STAY AWAY FORM THESE GUYS. They are no longer answering calls and the message says the phone is temporarily not working. I think they have gone out of business and we all got burned!
It looks very much like Endurance Home Warranty is going out of business and does not want to tell anyone. They won't answer the phone even to buy a new policy. A claim, that took over a year to be approved, resulted in Endurance Home Warranty sending several 'checks in the mail' that never arrived. Finally, on 4-Feb-2019 a $350 check arrived that 'immediately bounced' for Non-Sufficient Funds; does this mean they have emptied their bank account and skipped town? Does anyone know how to cancel my policy and get some money back. Has the company filed for Bankruptcy? The company seems to have gone bankrupt.
I have been trying to contact them for more than a month for $94 check which was for reimbursement from Dec2018.
I have been trying to call them to cancel my policy , but only to get the “‘mail box is full message “
I am up for a legal battle to get my money back. All the policy holder should file a complaint.
I filed a claim on 3/11, but after three weeks, I was told they were so behind and I should go ahead to fix the dryer and get reimbursed from Endurance. But then, the company disappeared. No reply after I sent the invoice, no reply from my message, and now the main number has an answer "the mail box is full."
Is it bankrupted?
I have tried repeatedly to contact Endurance to get a claim for my refrigerator fixed but the contractor they sent me about the contractor gave me a contractor that REFUSED the work order because Endurance would not pay for the service he provided.
I tried to recontact Endurance to get another contractor but got an "MAILBOX FULL, CALL AGAIN LATER" message. I got this message every time I called for over 36 hours. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR A BUSINESS THAT ADVERTISES THEY ARE AVAILABLE 24/7!!!!!!
I WOULD SUGGEST YOU LOOK AT ANOTHER HOME WARRANTY PROVIDER....NOT ENDURANCE!!
No Service and No Written Confirmation of Cancellation and Refund --
Called in claim December 7th, 2018. After 2 follow-up calls and an email, still no technician service. I have since tried to cancel the contract twice by phone and via email. I was informed I would get confirmation in writing of my cancellation and confirmation of when I would receive a full refund of 3 years' premium paid in advance. To date, I have yet to receive this confirmation.
This is a terrible company with the worst customer service. Their customer representatives are obnoxious and rude. They don't call back as promised and when you call them for status, they give you an attitude. Do not sign on with this company because it will only give you grief.
Endurance is not a very good company I called them for my toilet .I had to keep calling and emailed them and bug them and still didn’t get my toilet fix took two weeks to get back to me .They said they had nobody out to fix it for me to get somebody out and they will reimburse me I just canceled them will never go back to them again.Their customer service not good at all
If you do not have complete maintenance records and/or place a claim within 24 hours of discovery your claim will be denied. I contacted Endurance over a week ago and still have not received any reply. The only way to get in touch with them regarding a claim is to send an email or to call an answering service that is completely unaffiliated with Endurance. The sales department is excellent, but that is the extent of the good service. Once they have your money, you are doomed. When I did call in (multiple times) with an inquiry about why I did not receive a response, I was told by a rude manager (Jason) that I needed to be patient. He told me that a lot of staff were on vacation.... Read More
