I’ve had a very positive experience with Choice Home Warranty. The process was straightforward, and their customer service was helpful and professional. When I needed service, they were responsive and made the process of getting a technician scheduled very easy.
The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the repair efficiently. I especially appreciated not having to spend time searching for a reliable contractor myself.
Overall, Choice Home Warranty has provided good service and peace of mind, and I would recommend them to other homeowners looking for home warranty coverage.
Technician was knowledgeable and was able to repair microwave.
However, he was delayed and did not communicate this to us. We called his office and there was no response.

The oven repair I need is the exact same issue as the last time it was repaired. When I placed the service call on the phone, I told the representative that. But the service man knew absolutely nothing. I gave you all the info so that the repair might be done in one trip. Aside from that I never got a confirmation email or text that the claim had been sent to a provider. I got a text the night before that they were coming very late in the day. That required that I change plans which had been made weeks before. Again, I am disappointed. Obviously, I was never interviewed for your current TV ads which state you are rated #1. That has not been my experience.
I have been a customer of Choice Home Warranty since 2020. Each and every time I call in to file a claim, I receive five star customer service. Then I receive an immediate response as to when a respected repairman will respond to my resident. I feel totally safe, secure and confident that I will get the problem resolved quickly.

The first two technicians Choice sent out did not show. I went three weeks without air-conditioning. It was very frustrating, to the point I almost canceled the policy and I started looking for contractors on my own. Finally, the third technician came out and was able to fix my AC in 10 minutes. He was excellent. Choice needs to remove the first two contractors from their system. Not only did they not show, you could not reach them by phone.
Took only two business days to arrive (we did start to panic since it was over 100 degrees). The Tech, Cody, was respectful, kind, very very knowledgeable, and he let us hover so we could learn what went wrong and how to add vinegard and water to the drain to keep it clean. He cleaned everything up and even put the vent back on that we hd taken off. Cody was great and we recommend him to the highest degree.
Professional and polite, Adam did his job well. Small challenges but were overcome by his transparency. I would highly recommend...Adam.
Dealing with Choice warranty was very easy, efficient and taking care of in a very Timely manner. The service that was sent, Prestige TotalComfort, is prompt with their schedule, and Chris, the service representative, found the problem right away and solved it to ensure my HVAC system was working properly. Very pleased overall with both companies and would recommend them to anyone requiring service.
I recently had a repair scheduled through Choice Home Warranty. They assigned Electrolux to fix my oven, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic.
The technician who came to my home was a true professional. He arrived exactly on time, was courteous, and got straight to work. He repaired my oven door with exceptional quality and precision. Thanks to his outstanding expertise and attention to detail, my oven door looks and functions like it is brand new again.

I've had choice for 15 years and my air conditioner is supposed to be covered well because it's under the manufacturer warranty they have refused to cover my contract with them and now I have to find a outside contractor to perform the work that should be covered by my home warranty policy.
Complete piece of mind. Best service. I highly recommended this to my friends and family after using it for one year. Everyone is very happy with this.
They do not fully cover the whole amount for replacement Samsung washer went out and they offer 400 for a new one plus your service fee of 100 which does not give you enough to buy a new one without having to pay the balance and not including the payment each month of 72 a month
Fixed our A/C problem and improved the piping on the condensate piping to make future service easier.
We had a very good experience with our technician, Justin. He was fast and efficient, diagnosed the problem quickly and the repair was very quick. Hope we get him every time!

The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
