Hertless advertises 24 hr service however repair 6 Nov on 10 Nov still could not schedule date for repair. There is no sense of urgency to make repair Prefer not to use this company again. Would not recommend for future use.

Choice found a plumber because I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The plumber got authorization to repair the sink immediately and fixed the sink that morning.
Super fast response and appointment. No heat is pretty much an emergency. I am happy to get an appointment for tomorrow and that is a Saturday also.
Each time I use CHW the app asks for Model/serial numbers and issue. Then when assigned to the service company I have to again retrieve Model/serial numbers for them. Why can't this information be shared to eliminate duplicate efforts? In addition, CHW asks to pick a convenient time and date for repair, only to be told to ignore the time picked as they will let me know when they can provide service. Why not ask on the CHW site dates and times of availability to be followed up by the servicer?
The company and the technician that came to my home were awesome.

this is my first contact for claim. so only rating intial contact for claim.
1. Agent was very difficult to understand, his accent and the "boiler room " backround noise of other agents made things have to be repeated several times. is there a way to request agents in the US?
2. I found that my policy was past due. I recieved no contact from Choice Home Warranty about this lapse.
3. No place to find payment info, statements on website after login.

This time Choice Home Warranty was helpful and had the issue repaired right away. After filing a claim for a shower leak, they started the claim immediately and sent a plumber out right away. Within one week, the leak was identified, a part was a ordered, and the repair was complete.
Mr. Vick was very nice. He explained the problem that was going on with our dishwasher and once he completed the repair made sure it would continue to run. Mr. Vick also provided some preventative measures to ensure we were getting the proper cleaning and use of our dishwasher.
Very friendly. Worked with me that morning because of a medical appointment I had so we didn't have to reschedule.
We call in a claim for our sump pump and were assigned a contractor (Plumbers, Electricians & Beyond ) the contractor showed up and stated that the sump pump needed to be replaced. CHW gave approval and THEN THE CONTRACTOR CALLS AND SAYS I NEED TO PAY $375 FOR THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED. CHW DID NOT PAY FOR THE WORK DONE TO REPLACE THE SUMP PUMP. IF THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE REPAIR, WHY WOULD I BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE WORK PERFORMED TO REPLACE THE SUMP PUMP. IS THIS A SCAM ? IDK BUT WITH INSURANCE YOU PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE AND THE INSURANCE PAYS THE REST. I PAID MY $75. DEDUCTIBLE PLUS $375. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
the sale person offer multiple things after give Credit card details not good for one plans and transaction can not roll back , need to connect again and waste time for revert charges
I’m very satisfied with the service I received for my washing machine repair. The technician who arrived at our home was professional, efficient, and most importantly, expedient in completing the job. It was refreshing to experience such prompt and reliable service. The service contractor was prompt in scheduling our repair, and when a cancellation occurred, they were quick to call and ask if we wanted an earlier date than our scheduled time. Everything was handled smoothly and with great care. Highly recommend!
