Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Jon with Angel HVAC has helped me over the years with my three AC units - maintenance, replacement, and warranty response. He came promptly and determined and fixed the air handler problem for the visit deductible. I would recommend his company to anyone - he also operates through Air it Cool which Choice used to have as a vendor but has dropped - I do not know why, but same personnel and good service.

My claim to have my washing machine was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived at the scheduled time of the appointment. He did not have the part to fix the issue. However, he ordered the part and rescheduled to come back two days later to repair the washer. Again, he was prompt and had the washer fixed in less than forty minutes. I was pleased with the entire process.
Don't waste your money. Choice will look for any technicality to deny your claim. When they do honor it, it will be with a cheap 'builder's grade' replacement. I have heard from so many people who have similar negative experiences with Choice and other so called home warranty companies, it is better to save up an emergency fund.
I would give a 10 , but one point off for an AI bott doing the intakes/ claims . I think a real person should be doing this.
For this particular issue, your customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I was having an active water leak and I understand that you don't do emergencies (which is ridiculous in itself) but you could have given me an alternative suggestion. I was very upset especially to be told I have to wait 24-36 hrs for a response!!!!! Who does that????? Very disappointed but now I know.....
I do not recommend Choice home warranty. They were unable to fix my dishwasher and refused to offer a fair amount for a replacement.
We’ve happy customers since 2021 and we don’t see any reason to leave Choice Home Warranty! They’ve never let us down. (Fingers crossed)
You will not find a better home warranty. They're very prompt, claims get done expeditiously and in a timely manner. I will highly recommend it.
You can submit a claim 24/7, including holidays, via phone, online, or app. The company utilizes proprietary technology to begin the dispatching process after a claim is filed. The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
