Even though there’s times I get rather frustrated with the phone calls the work ends up being very good. I live in a very rural area and I don’t always get the first call dispersed, but once I do get a worker sent out the work is done very very well. I did have an event that sent me into a tailspin when I had to do the owner occupie d/ contractor organizer, and I’m not very good at being that. When I was younger, say around 50, maybe it would’ve been easier but at 70 not so easy. But at the end of the day out of the other warranty companies that I have had, this is one of the best ones.
The plumber called to inform me of arrival time and was on time. Quickly figured out the problem and within less than an hour my toilet was up and running. Im very happy with the service!

We researched several Home Warranty companies online and Choice got great reviews, vs our current company Fidelity National, who got several not so good reviews. I called Choice, and their sales person Alonso was extremely knowledgable and offered us a program that included our Spa and Central Vacuum that Fidelity didn't offer at a reasonable price. Alonso also signed us up for a premiere program that saves us $150/month over what we paid Fidelity. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty
The service technician was helpful and through but the CHW is less than desirable. the service is slow and all claims seem to be to be deniable. Would definitely not recommend CHW to anyone!!

Choice HW has horrible service. I got contradictory emails. One said that $700 in expenses were not covered for my water heater replacement and the next email said : no charge.
It takes forever to get a response. Most of the time the techs are terrible at their jobs, make a mess and attempt to overcharge for expenses not covered. Of course you can't reach ank or moreyone on the phone to verify.
CHW will also charge you a double deductible if that works for them. If you need AC help in a 100 degree heatwave, plan on being hot for at least a weekThey are NOT responsive to phone calls or emails.

You can submit a claim 24/7, including holidays, via phone, online, or app. The company utilizes proprietary technology to begin the dispatching process after a claim is filed. The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
