I have been with Choice for a long time now and they always come thru when we are in need! I am not always thrilled with how much they pay, but it is a lot better than the alternative, of having no warranty at all!
As far as the telephone call and putting a claim in it was extremely easy. Now I want to see how it is when they actually come to do the service. That hasn't happened yet because it's the first time I'm using them. Hopefully it will be equally as good.
We have received great customer service. I really appreciate their understanding when we are frustrated with whatever situation we are going through because of our broken appliance they always have the patience and the courtesy to get us moving forward to get our repairs done as quickly as possible.
Choice Home Warranty (CHW) has been an amazing buy for us.
We have made two requests for our appliances. Our LG ice maker died and our GE washing machine died mid cycle (mother board).
Both issues were diagnosed and repaired very quickly.
I called "GE Cares" as a backup plan for our washing machine. CHW supplied the same certified technician/company as GE was going to send.
This warranty has been a blessing and has saved us a lot of money and service fees.
Have a three year contract and have used the system four times. Each time was a little different but I was satisfied each time. Problems solved!
Received new CC from my bank, which made my account past due.
It took three times to enter new card number, and otherwise I strongly recommend Choice!
He did not mention wether he changed ot water settings. Hot waer is really hor! He did a good job and left!
The tech came out and performed a good job n submitted the order to see if covered. But I did not sign any form to confirm or agree to having the work done. Let alone completion of work performed. So the signature on the wo is not my signature nor my electronic signature on file. So someone signed my name without my approval.
I'm very satisfied with Choice Home Warranty, due to the choice of service providers, the company they sent out fixed my washer the same day because they had the parts on their van, unlike AHS who would take weeks to repair anything because they always have to order parts....
Once my contract is expired I will be looking for another warranty company!
My A/C unit had been working for the last 6 years and when it froze up and I called Choice they denied my claim and I have to pay out of pocket.
It surprises me when something small and inexpensive gets denied. It's disappointing after years of maintaining a policy and always recommending my friends and family do so, as well.
Customer service agents did an excellent following up. Understood the importance and the need to get things done.
I would not recommend this company. They use pre existing conditions as an excuse not to pay. Any appliance or piece of equipment repair can be refused as preexisting condition. Any home that is not brand new will have preexisting condition if anything fails. My experience with them was not hood.
The gentleman was very polite, and even smiled. He showed up within time window although it was raining really bad!! He was very knowledgeable and understood what I was explaining and needed. He checked the system and was very thorough!!! Great service to have.
The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was delayed by the approval process to secure the parts needed to complete the repairs. Once the approval was granted, he moved swiftly to complete the work with precision and skill.

My experience with Choice Warranty has been wonderful. Each time that I have called on Choice Warranty for any project the technician that they have sent to my home has been professional and friendly. I have no complaints.
I placed a service request for my A/C from the Choice Warranty App and in less than an hour Choice assigned a vender who also promptly created an appointment for the next day

Their contractors are always polite and know what they are doing. I used to have another home warranty company and the time between I needed service and actually received service was days.
Choice seems to have contractors that schedule within just a day or two. And that's something I really appreciate.

Everytime I have had to ask for help with home issues, I have gotten Fast reply and scheduled technician within an hour or two. All technicians have been impressive. Very kind and respectful, and extremely skilled in their craft. I so appreciate the superior service CHW and the companies they hire have provided. They get 10 stars from me.

Choice Warranty has delivered on the quality of the technicians they have provided for ninety-five percent of the repair jobs in our house. It is easy to open a ticket & technician usually gets assigned within 24 hrs. We will definitely sign up again with them & recommend it to our family, friends & neighbors .

You can submit a claim 24/7, including holidays, via phone, online, or app. The company utilizes proprietary technology to begin the dispatching process after a claim is filed. The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
