My claim was answered within 24 hours. The technician called the night before and asked me a few questions about my ceiling fan. The Next day he came with a new remote control for my ceiling fan and was gone in 10 minutes.
He called me before he got to the job and explained everything once he had diagnosed the issue (bad leaking element) and was in and out w/in an hr

So far the fridge is cooling just fine. Another problem we had was wiyh the top interior lights not working. Those lights were rep[laced and worked for a short period, but now they are out again. How do we get this done? Gary

Sears serviced my central air in 2 days very good that time included when I called in for a ppt he had part on truck very happy please don't ever assign me Goodman Home Solutions who will continue to reschedule u over and over up to 17 days for my Frige champion appliance repair is the best u have for the other applianes

Found a company to take care of my situation. Person was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable at what he was doing. He told me what he found wrong and fixed the problem. Showed me the problem and what he did to fix it. Was very pleased with his work ethics and job performance. Very satisfied with Choice Home Warranty and what they did. Would recommend them to any home owner.

The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
