I had a great experience with Reference Air Solution,LLC. My AC went out and living in Florida with scorching weather, it was an emergency. I filed the claim and it was immediately assigned to Reference Air Solution. They had scheduled for Monday, and this was Saturday and I could not wait so I called and spoke with someone to see if they could come out asap This was at 8:30 am Saturday morning and someone was there by 10:00 am. His Name was Mario and he was very professional, knowledgeable and my AC was fixed in about an hour. I was so appreciative with Choice Warranty and Reference Air Solution and give you five stars for this experience. Thanks!!!!!

Matthew told me the septic system was included in the total package and that if I wanted the roof covered, it’ll be $5.00 extra, which I accepted. Then the rep said I’d get a multiple properties discount if I got a plan for both of my houses….i said ok then it turned into one month free. Ok cool. Now that I’ve opened the emails, there is no sewage included and only one property was given the one month free. Choice responded promptly assigning a repair company. The repair person was efficient, identified the problem and fixed it. The $100 co-pay was far less than it would have cost me to find a repair person
So far we are happy with the warranty service.
It took a little bit but he found the issue fixed to our satisfaction, very nice man.
Tech was able to come earlier than scheduled and fix the issue.
Tony was friendly and knowledgable.
I am pleased with Leo's work thus far. He arrived timely and is partway through my dishwasher's repair.
i’ve had Choice home #Warranty for years.
It seems they have gotten worse and worse about covering repairs and the way they treat the contractors which makes it impossible for them to find someone to come out
Perfect example of this was yesterday. I had someone come out to fix my air conditioning. It needed a simple recharge. It took them forever to find somebody that would actually do the work and he even said that when the call came in had known it was choice he would not have taken it. I witnessed why.
Most contractors charge $350 a pound for Freon 22.

How can I review you when I haven't had to get something fixed. The salesman did a good job. He had to put up with an old cranky veteran. He handled it well.

When my refrigerator stopped working, I realized that I would have to avail myself of the services that Choice Home Warranty had covered for me.
Reporting the difficulty was handled exceptionally well as was the communication to the repairman and his visit to evaluate the status of the appliance.
All in all, very satisfied with the service.

I submitted a claim for plumbing and electrical issues. I was charged 2 $75 service fees. Two companies were scheduled. The company that is scheduled for the electrical is A1 Electrical and Plumbing. Why aren't they doing the plumbing, too?
The new process makes it very easy to submit a claim. The automated service assigned the technician within minutes. Everything was Quick and easy
So far, I haven't had any issues with the company. I made the mistake of putting down the wrong date on a claim and was able to get help after talking to someone real.

You can submit a claim 24/7, including holidays, via phone, online, or app. The company utilizes proprietary technology to begin the dispatching process after a claim is filed. The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
