I wish that it would allow me to go to 2, but it didn't. I've been with Choice Warranty since 2016. But in 2023 I requested service for my HVAC AC. IT WAS NOT venting air though the vents. Since then I've had 7 different technician work on my HVAC. No luck no cool air summer of 23,24,25,and now 26. I've even was told I needed a new HVAC ( which I did ouch. The issue continues. No one checked the ductwork ( mind you all along no air coming though vents.). Finally Tranes the seller came and.found the issue in less than 30 minutes. My duck work needed placing. On July 13 , 2026 my water heater went out and I had to wait a week to have a technician come out and take two pictures for Choice , then on top of that I was contacted by the technician to let me know that I was responsible for the remaining balance ( how unprofessional ) and then when I called in to Choice to confirm this balance the customer care person showed know empathy for me they said basically pay the $810.00 or you can get a new company to come out . Talk about lack of compassion , I had to pay 810.00 to for new pipes and lines I was told by the customer service . Mr. Ruppert was wonderful. he was prompt, pleasant If I didn't have a home warranty I would recommend him to anyone and when I asked questions he answered them to where i could understand.
The guy came as the app stated. He recognized the problem immediately. Then went to home depot got the part came back and fixed the problem on the garage door. Very professional, courtesy and knowledgeable….

The plumbing service from Jan General Services was excellent. On time, good communication and was very thorough in repair on toilets. The Choice warranty system worked well also.
i Absolutley love the service that i know yall will get it taken care of you have always covered what you said you would. My biggest complaint is just the sheer amount of time it takes yall to find the initial technician. Its July in the south the hottest part of the summer. 3 days to find a tech then another 3-4 days for them to come out, then 3 days for yall to figure it out together of what your going to approve so now they get the authorization so they order the part and now wait a week for it to come in. in the mean time is 95' in my house waiting on yall to figure it out makes me loose my shit! The 3rd party service technician who came out from Green Tech Repair was 5- Stars but Choice Home dropped the ball a couple of times regarding this service call. They kept providing misinformation about the timing and the fee for this call. Luckily, the third party vendor - Green Tech Repair was informative and reliable. I would highly recommend Green Tech!!!

We are back to Choice Home Warranty since we tried another company and wasn't pleased with their service. We extended our service per recommendation of Luke Powers. Appreciate him explaining details for the top plan and the discounts that go with extending plan.
Arrived on time. Professional. Respectful. Efficient. Addressed the issue. Explained what he did to correct the issue.

Technician from company selected to evaluate my system was very accommodating when it came to scheduling time to assess my AC system.
