The repairman was great and very experienced with what was needed on our built-in GE microwave and did a good job of evaluating the microwave. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair our microwave because the parts required to fix it according to GE are no longer available.

I recently had a problem with my sewer system backing up. I contacted Choice Home Warranty and they were able to schedule a plumber the very next day. (Capital City Plumbing). We were able to work with the city to verify that the sewer mainline had a clog and then had the clog removed, all in the same day. Glad to have Choice for my home!

Very satisfying app to use for claims. Once it went through I got texts and emails. And the appointment was schedule immediately.
We've had Choice Home Warranty for a few years but have never had to use it until recently. Then we had two items within three months go out on us. CHW repaired and covered them both with no issues. So glad we have this coverage as it would have cost us quite a bit of money to get new items. Things are working like new again.
Was not able to diagnose issue, however he provided further action to find the problem and to resolve the issue.
I have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher that needed repair. The was a problem with the pump water was not getting into the dishwasher. I was able to choose a day for repair, two days out when I made my claim. They had a Certified Wirlpool technicians to fix their product. I was shocked to see the tech show with the part. They texted me 20 minutes b4 the technician showed up to advise on the way. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and had my dishwasher fixed in no time. Wonderful customer experience!

The service that I finally got was very good AJAX.
The first company that was scheduled bowed out. You all then scheduled Ajax plumbing which was great.
I didn’t need the option of calling for my own Plumber and then possibly waiting up to 30 days for a refund since I paid Choice $1,400 including tax for service. 30 days…really!!! Also the number of stars above couldn’t be changed. I meant to only click on 3 stars.

I would tell everyone if they believe me this a waste of money and do not buy warranty from this company
General overall was good. It took sometime to get a technician to commit to the appointment. Edison Plumbing technicians were very tentative and got the job done quick. I’m satisfied

The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
