Found a company to take care of my situation. Person was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable at what he was doing. He told me what he found wrong and fixed the problem. Showed me the problem and what he did to fix it. Was very pleased with his work ethics and job performance. Very satisfied with Choice Home Warranty and what they did. The tech was great, however his follow-up took over a week to complete the assignment, after he said he would come back the next day. It took me 4 phone calls to GE and to Choice Home Warranty to get this resolved.

The technician was FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE and CLEAN. He recognized the problem immediately, ordered the right part, fixed it perfectly. He also offered to inspect other appliances that might be needing service and we pointed out another situation that needed to be taken care of. It was a wonderful experience.

I had two repairmen scheduled today. One for my refrigerator and one for my washer. I received a text message this morning stating I would need to reschedule my washing machine repair man… the morning of the appointment. This is so inconvenient for me. First, I took a day off work to make sure I’d be available for both repair men to fix my appliances. Second, due to my work schedule I have to wait an additional 10 days for my washer to be fixed. And last, I won’t know until the day before my next scheduled appointment if it will be scheduled at a time that I don’t have to miss another shift at work. Though I'm a new client, I haven't used the service yet but if the introduction that I received from Simon about the company that he works for he was very informative And if the service call should I ever need one goes as well as the introduction? I feel I'm going to be very satisfied.
My technician was amazing! He absolutely knew what he was doing and replacement of faucet was easy and quick. Genuinely a nice, smart young man who I would welcome to my home anytime!

I am a new Customer and this was my first service request. I booked the service for a plumbing problem on Sunday evening via the website and received an immediate confirmation that a locally appointed vendor would service the request Wednesday morning. The name and contact number of the plumbing company was provided. I called the vendor on Monday and asked for a same day service and they agreed. The team that turned up was professional and got the job done in 30 minutes. So… pretty satisfied based on this one event.
