The person who signed me up with Choice Home Warranty was very helpful. They even wanted to know if we had a senior in the family and gave me a senior discount on my monthly home warranty. The other home warranty place I was with never asked, and then my bill went up about $27 a month for the next year.
I requested on line for Hvac repair after a storm. Follow up by Choice was immediate. Contractor assigned promptly and AC cooling again. Satisfied with the whole process as I was responsible for the initial 100., owing no additional monies to the contractor for this call. I do recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
