Very unhappy with customer service and the warranty provided for certain appliances. We feel $194.00 offer for our microwave was unacceptable. We were told we would receive a Lowes gift card via email. However, it is unfair we have to wait 30 days to receive the certificate to purchase another microwave for our home.

The technician was thorough and fixed the faucet without needing to replace it.
The technition quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. From the issue I described it looked like he already deducted what the issue could be and brought several parts to quickly seap them out.

Dryer claim submitted Wednesday evening, vendor assigned Thursday, and by Saturday morning the dryer was repaired. Very timely and efficient.

The customer service is awesome. They will return your call ASAP and listen your problems. They will identify the right vendor for your problems. I was very happy with them. If you are not agree with their decision. You can address on their website and talk to claim manager. They hear your opinion and resolve the problem.
Technician from LG Elect , Mr Hattar, was very profisional and knowledgable, only took him few minutes to find the problem and repair.
