I had two repairmen scheduled today. One for my refrigerator and one for my washer. I received a text message this morning stating I would need to reschedule my washing machine repair man… the morning of the appointment. This is so inconvenient for me. First, I took a day off work to make sure I’d be available for both repair men to fix my appliances. Second, due to my work schedule I have to wait an additional 10 days for my washer to be fixed. And last, I won’t know until the day before my next scheduled appointment if it will be scheduled at a time that I don’t have to miss another shift at work. Though I'm a new client, I haven't used the service yet but if the introduction that I received from Simon about the company that he works for he was very informative And if the service call should I ever need one goes as well as the introduction? I feel I'm going to be very satisfied.
My technician was amazing! He absolutely knew what he was doing and replacement of faucet was easy and quick. Genuinely a nice, smart young man who I would welcome to my home anytime!

I am a new Customer and this was my first service request. I booked the service for a plumbing problem on Sunday evening via the website and received an immediate confirmation that a locally appointed vendor would service the request Wednesday morning. The name and contact number of the plumbing company was provided. I called the vendor on Monday and asked for a same day service and they agreed. The team that turned up was professional and got the job done in 30 minutes. So… pretty satisfied based on this one event.

Took this out to save on my Dishnet service.If I didn't take this option I would have to pay $180.00 a month for service on my TV .
Technician was great. Disappointed with warranty company. Would not approve payment for required full repair on garage door. Ie: adjustment and tightening of spring. Repair could not be completed without that.
Technician was great. Extremely disappointed with warranty company not paying for critical needed work on my garage door. Ie: spring adjustment & tightening. Might consider canceling when renewal comes up.

The Poolworks technician responded promptly and discussed the situation to fully understand my issue. He has worked in my system in the past and is an excellent person /company to work with. Though I had already done troubleshooting in my own, further work indicated things were ok, so I didn’t need any repair work after all. In any case, I would gladly use this company again.
