Happy with you up to the point of getting my Lowe’s coupon emailed to me. I was not thrilled with having to pay $900 out of my pocket for the range, but went to get my range and my coupon and was told it could take 30 days. In this day of electronics, making me wait weeks to get an oven is not reasonable or fair service.
Choice Home Warranty is very easy to work with and to operate. I downloaded their app. It’s so easy to fill in the information and people come out very quickly. I had my problem resolved in one day. The company actually called me to see if they come out the same day, but unfortunately, I was not able to do that. The tech that they hired texted me ahead of time to let me know when they were on their way and he sent a picture. Absolutely the best interaction I’ve had another wonderful interaction from businesses associated with Choice Home Warranty. 5 Star service!
Michael Lewis was outstanding and extremely informative. He provided me with all of the facts to make an informed decision and he does not sugar coat anything. I strongly recommend Mr. Lewis and I am excited about choice home warranty.
I had a dryer break down and Robert from Flamingo came out to repair it. He had to come back twice because there were more damaged parts than anticipated. He was excellent to work with, great communication before he arrived and very pleasant while he was here.
Very easy claim process and rapid follow-up. less than an hour after filing the claim I had an email with the name of the technician, the company phone number and date and time for appointment. Thank you.
Very good assessment of the problem but I haven’t heard anything back regarding said problem. Not sure if that is in Choice or the vendor but I am not satisfied at all at this point.
From the very start of my claim, of my clothes washer,to the end of expert ,prompt repair, it was a perfect,prompt, expert experience. I am 100 percent pleased.
They are getting better at getting companies to accept their work orders hopefully this will continue
My dishwasher was displaying an error code, and stopped working. I reached out to Choice on the website, and requested service. I received a text from the service company they hired and within a few days (weekend) a repairperson was here. Apparently it needed too many parts and I was offered a few hundred dollars to replace it. I highly recommend this company.
Response to the claim was quick and a technician was scheduled.

Quickly respond to the claim and then very quick to decide the claim, which was a total furnace replacement.

A total ripoff do not fall for their ads. I filed 2 claims and both were denied.
A total ripoff. The techs they sent were great but both times the techs though as I did that it needed to be replaced and filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty only to be denied. The first denial they said refrigerators were not even covered, I did check and they lied. The second denial came with they saying to replace a part instead of replacing, the replacement part last 2 days and then I was out of hot water again. So I was done with Choice and had it replaced on my own. Something I will do from this point on. I have not and will not renew my contract, which ended on 2/28/26. They did however manage to charge me for the next month's service 2 days before the contract expired....Read More

On time did the job and was respectful of my time.
Technician very proactive. Arrived within an hour of online request even though scheduled for March. Seemed very knowledgeable and efficient as he checked refrigerator. Polite and courteous.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable, courtesy and friendly. He was wonderful.
I was very please with the next day service and the fact that the service provider was from a professional LG service technician who was very polite and efficient.
The technician was personable, kind and was easy to engage. He was customer friendly and knowledgeable. My ultimate frustration is with Choice Home Warranty that declined my warranty request because they determined the junction box was not installed properly. The Junction Box for the light fixture was installed properly based on the electrical standards for the city and state I live in. Extremely frustrating. I have appealed the decision. More to come.

My experience with Choice Home Warranty over several years has been great. None of my claims were rejected and claim jobs were done by professional service technician with knowledge to repair my home items.
You can submit a claim 24/7, including holidays, via phone, online, or app. The company utilizes proprietary technology to begin the dispatching process after a claim is filed. The company has recently updated their plans increasing coverage and has fewer limitations. Their plans and optional coverage can cover over 25 major systems and appliances.
Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
