I have been a customer of CHW for several years and I now think I will not renew. My washer broke and I was told twice that a repairman would come. Two times I stayed home waiting , but no one showed up. Finally 10 days later, TWO men showed up at the same time, and it was very awkward. I think this shows very poor management.
I have been a customer of CHW for several years and usually receive good service. However, this time there were several mistakes. My washer was not working and when I reported it, I was told a repairman would be at my house several days later, and I was given a four hour slot to be home to receive him. No one came, nor did I receive a call. I called the next day to complain and was given another date to expect service. Again, I stayed home expecting someone, and noone came. Finally, I called for the third time, and this time I was told that they need the model number of my machine, which I supplied to them. I have another claim in though that they haven't completed so ask me in a couple weeks for an update. What I find excellent is that they have spoke to me so clearly about their operations, but follow thru is still yet to be seen.
The technician was very friendly and detailed. He visually showed me the problem and advised me on how to prevent the problem in the future. He was extremely helpful with providing information concerning the matter and he was punctual. He showed up for the job a day earlier than scheduled we adequate communication.
Technician was communicative and on time to come check my water heater. He was also diligent in sending all information to the warranty department to have a fast resolution. They installed the new water heater the next day in about two hours. I would recommend this technician.
This is the decond time I've used First Choice in response to a pool issue. The tech, and his wife, are very friendly and he is very knowledgeable and qualified. He responded quickly to my warranty claim, quickly identified the problem and corrected it. I will gladly use First Choice in the future.

I was extremely impressed by how quickly they responded to my initial request. I was asked to text them a photo of my broken washing machine’s model and serial number. Within minutes they had scheduled a service appointment in 4 days. This is my first exp with Choice Home Warranty and, so far, I am very satisfied!

I entered my garage door claim and pretty much had an appointment scheduled with the repair company within an hour. Great follow up. Fortunately, I was able to fix the problem myself and again, Choice Home Warranty cancelled my request by the end of the day. I am very pleased with the response from CHW. Thank you!

I recently purchased my policy for a new house am looking to purchase, when I filled out my info I was asked for billing address, wasn't asked for coverage address, so it automatically assume it was the same address for billing and coverage address, so the next day I called to make the necessary changes.
Spoke to "Angel" he proceeded to help update the address. He started to tell me about the VIP package offered by CHW he explained in detailed the benefit of signing up explained it aprox 3 times, I was at work and needed to get off the phone, he got annoyed because I told him at this time I was not interested in the "upgrade" he got very aggressive on the phone and I do not appreciate ...Read More
The repair was done in an excellent manner. I paid the repairman the $75.00 and he said he would e-mail me a reciept but I have not received one yet. I called him yesterday morning about it and he said he would send it right out to my phone. That was 24 hrs ago and still don't have it.
As of today my case has not been taken care of. I have been without hot water since the 25th of March. There someone assigned to it, but it seems like they are in no hurry.
Technician was on time and very professional. He assessed the situation and was able to fix the problem. He left the area neat and clean.
In my area, tou have almost no trained service representatives, I've waited, more than once for over 2 months for an appointment. I would not recommend your service to anyone.

Three times now I have scheduled appointments with technicians and three times now they have not showed up. The technician who eventually came was great, but this is unacceptable.
