Overall Rating: 8.5 / 10 (Excellent)
Advanced Home Warranty offers comprehensive coverage of a variety of home systems and appliances with both of its home warranty plans, for prices that are slightly lower than the industry standard. They can be a great choice for homeowners looking to ease their wallet, while still keeping their coverage. However, the company is relatively new and doesn't seem to have much of a presence online, which may be remedied as they keep growing.

Coverage - 8.5 / 10
Advanced Home Warranty offers two types of policies: Basic and Total, both of which are hybrid plans that include a combination of home systems and appliances. Their coverage is similar to other, comparable companies, and feature several specialty items as optional add-ons. Their limitations and liabilities are very clearly stated on their sample contract, which we recommend prospective policy holders to read carefully and thoroughly.

Claims & Service - 8.5 / 10
Advanced Home Warranty has a very reasonable $60 deductible on any services performed by their in-network technicians and contractors. Their 30-day waiting period is the industry standard, as is their 24/7 customer service line. The company guarantees service within two days, which though a bit longer than usual, at least means that they're not making promises they might not be able to keep.
Advanced Home Warranty Reputation
Reputation - 8.5 / 10
Advanced Home Warranty is a sister company of Choice Home Warranty, a well-established home warranty provider, with almost ten years in the business. Advanced, however, has virtually zero presence online, with no customer reviews. While this may be due to the company's relative youth (it was founded in 2014), it nevertheless seems slightly odd to us.
