17 months after we moved into our new house with uxari security system the remote portable control panel gave an error message requesting that it be paired again with the main panel. nowhere are there any instructions or manual to explain how to do this upon calling for support we were told that we had to pay $35 to speak to a technician to get this basic information.

the company just introduced a new policy for tech support now charging $35.00 per half hour for tech support calls. there was no notice of such policy being put into place. this new policy increases the cost of their services a great deal. They do offer a service of unlimited calls for an additional $29.99 per month. These new policies add a substantial added cost to their pricing again with no notice to existing customers

Lenny was here today to install an updated panel for us. He was very friendly and courteous. Very professional. Did what he had to do and help me some other questions I had about my security cameras. Seemed very happy to help with any questions I had about the system.
