They provide home automation options for two of its packages, which allows you to remotely control locks, lighting, temperature, and appliances in your home via their iOS and Android apps. Their technology is compatible with Google Home, IFTTT, Z-Wave, and ZigBee.

One exciting and unique feature of Link Interactive's home security package is video analytics. Available in 2019 with their Elite plan, video analytics continuously scans the customer's property and alerts them via thumbnail image on their mobile device when people, vehicles, or animals are detected. Customers also receive video clips when there is potentially suspicious activity, like a car pulling in the driveway at night, or when someone is loitering on their porch. With Link Interactive's Elite plan, customers get up to 3,000 clips per month.

Link Interactive was easy to install and has been functioning properly since we installed it a couple months ago. We appreciate the quick email notifications and feel much safer knowing we have this system in our home!

Overall, I am please with Link Interactive. The equipment was easy to install. Since I have an engineering background, the setup was also rather simple. I have had ongoing issues with the Skybell, and have a ticket that is, as yet, unsolved by Alarm.com technical support (three week old ticket at this point). I would recommend Link/Alarm.com find a different doorbell camera, since this model is a network resource hog. Also, the outdoor video camera (V721) has a bit of a drawback, in that it has to be plugged into a 110V outlet. That cost me a bit of $$$ since I had to have an electrician install the outlet. Link Interactive has been awesome. The salesman wasn't pushy at all and answered my questions. I thought the installation would be more difficult but it was super easy. I was done in just over an hour. I would highly recommend Link!

Link Interactive delivers on everything they promise and some. The sales and customer support team takes great care of you with any question or concerns about the system, and installing the wireless sensors is simple and very clean looking.

Really easy to work with these folks, really helpful but not pushy. Love the 2 Gig system, super easy to use with my iphone. Would recommend them to my best friend!

The customer experience with link was awesome. The sales process was very consumer friendly and I didn't feel pushed into a decision which was my experience with Frontpoint and Protect America. Link was not only helpful during but, more importantly, after the sale was made. Set up was simple and their tech support team has been helpful after the fact with any questions. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
