BEWARE!!! Worst experience with any vendor - EVER. My system completely locked up 2 times over the last 4 months and I did not receive a notice for over 24 HOURS! And then it was JUST AN EMAIL!!! I actually shut it completely off yesterday (kinda like a thief would do - right?) and, again, did I not get any notice for 27 hours! I've had numerous equipment failures and NOT ONCE did I EVER receive a support call. I recently called FP support and complained and their support guy sent me their contract that says - they are not accountable for ANYTHING! Is this the kind of service you want? The selling practice was deceiving. This is how it goes - they will give you a trial period then some of the mobile features will secretly stop working after the trial period ends. Once you discover, you are stuck and cannot cancel any more. They demand 80% of the contract as cancellation fees. It's impossible to get out. Customer service changes tones once you start paying. All the reviews you read about this company online are pre-screened so it's impossible to get the negative reviews either. Be careful.

The selling practice at Frontpoint was deceiving and we haven't been able to get out of the contract as they demand 80% of the contract as cancellation fee. This is how it goes - the company will give you a trial period, but won't tell you some of the mobile app features will secretly stop working after the trial period ends. Customers will have to pay more to use those features after the trial period only that they weren't told when signing up. It's impossible to get out of the contract once you signed up. Customer service also changes tone as soon as you signed up. And all the reviews you read on social websites and review websites were pre-screened. Be careful.

Frontpoint has the most professional customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. They always go above and beyond your expectations to provide a great experience. System installation was simple and our family is completely happy with the secure feeling Frontpoint provides.

I just put up my security system but i had a few extra questions. When i called, they answered, the person was very courteous and kind. He answered all of our questions.

After a break-in, a friend recommended Frontpoint. I had never heard of them, but I did a lot of research and found them to be very reputable. I have ADT in another house, and I cannot say the same for them. From the sales process to the installation to technical and account support - the experience has been nothing but positive. When we bought the system, we were very vulnerable, having just had a break-in and theft. They could have sold me anything, but the Frontpoint representative actually steered me away from items that were not logical for my house. We have a very minimal system - panel and motions sensors.
