Cammy is an app-based home security system that uses cameras as sensors, and a unique alarm feature that is only triggered when a person is detected. All footage is stored in the cloud for 30 days, and the whole system is fully accessible via the app. It also features remote live view with two-way audio.

Cammy provides both a self-monitoring app for existing security cameras, as well as three different models of cameras that they sell from their website. The system doesn't have any home automation features, and doesn't offer the option of professional monitoring.

How does Cammy work?

Cammy cameras couldn't be easier to self-install. They only require a power outlet, WiFi connection, and an iOS or Android powered smartphone or tablet. The Cammy monitoring app (which is compatible with any camera) offers live view access, only triggers the camera when motion is detected, has 30-day cloud storage, and auto arm/disarm.
