These people will not do anything for their customers other than take your payment if anything goes wrong do not expect good customer service.
had Adr franchise from GarnerNc that was about as unprofessional as could be I would be billed 1 amount few days later gat billed for another amount finally paid them $1300 to get rid of them
Worst security company my cconnection failing, about 4 months. No one call me customers service very bad.
talked with an agent and he offered was not for the price we wanted to pay, so he switched us to his supervisor who offered us what we wanted at the price indicated on the sales pitch. We were asked if we had a land line and said not for the last 10 years. Scheduled an appointment. They came set it up and then we got the BILLll!!! 3X what we had agreed to pay. We complained - they came and got their equipment - offered refund STILL WAITING!!!!
As a new home owner in a new state I wanted to ensure that my daughter and I were safe. I reached out to ADT and my service was installed on June 26, 2017 after the installation I left the house and returned a week later considering I have not yet moved in. Upon returning to the house on June 30, the alarm kept arming as if we were away. I called ADT and was told to pull the keypads and remote a part and remove the batteries. After doing so I noticed that the main keypad was faulty. I was told that I need to contact the 3rd party vendor in order for them to repair the system. Terrible when it comes to moving your service to another location- they provide no advice on getting your equipment with you- want to charge $ 1000s for new equipment!
They never show up, over-charge, use bait and switch tactics, lie, and are unethical
This service is by far the worst. For the last year it has been an uphill battle trying to get the help and service I need for the 60.00 I pay per month. Each and every person I talk to has a different story and say something different. They have no integrity or service skills. They have no fallow up from the manger down to the sales people. I have tried to buy multiple items and services for the last year and they just can't get it going done or even try.
They do a bait and switch. very unethical. I cancelled my instalation because they prpmissed one thing on the phone but a week later when the tech showed up , nothing was invoiced and the try to sell it at an outrageous price, get it in writting before they show up to install.
ADT, has horrible customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 9 years. I up-graded to Pulse 2 years ago. The equipment is nothing but junk. You know it's bad when a technician comes out to look at the system and tells you so. Then when you complain all they want to do is charge you for another upgrade. Customer service employees are very rude that includes the so called loyalty specialist. Do yourself a favor and choice a different company.
