Claims can be reported by calling 800-242-7666, but can also be made online. Once the facts are gathered, an Acuity claims representative will attempt to make contact with the client the same day the loss is reported or within 24 hours. Afterwards, the claim is reviewed and evaluated based on its own specific circumstances. Finally, the claim is completed once a decision is made based on the claims representative’s investigation and the customer’s policy.
