I have been a Kaiser member for 40 years. It’s sad to see how they have changed. They increased the pricing this year by 16% and last year by 12%. The management focus is to financially push customers not to go to the doctor instead of going to the doctor to prevent serious medical care. In the past they wanted to prevent problems and now they want you to have problems so they can bill you. That is why they are raising the price, so they can force you into the plan that you must pay a large amount of the deductible. If you look back this never was the case. It’s sad that all they really care about is the money and could care less about the customer or the customers health. The latest... Read More

Kaiser is horrible. Don't agree with them and watch what happens. I didn't agree with our Kaiser pediatrician and she threatened us with CPS. It took $20,000.00 3 days in the hospital, and around 8 Kaiser doctors to figure out that there was nothing wrong with my daughter just like I told them. Kaiser is only after money. They only backed off when I threatened them with an Independent medical review. I filed a formal complaint against my child's doctor and Kaiser did nothing. If you love your family and feel like you should be a part of the medical decisions I would take my family and hard earned cash elsewhere.

Kaiser is awful. This "rating" has to be a pair advertisement, because they do not help patients. They just want your money and to get you out the door without ever actually having to do anything. Horrible waste of a health insurance.

Kaiser sucks!! The doctors do listen to their patients or their symptoms. I have underactive thyroid and I am on medication and I having very bad side affects and they will not change my medication. I am about to walk away from Kaiser!!! They suck!!
