If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband sent me flowers, a big beautiful bouquet is what he chose, what I received was absolutely nothing compared to what he ordered. What should’ve been a beautiful moment was actually humiliating to receive what I did at my place of employment. This has never happened with other companies, I’m really disappointed with Avas flowers for this situation and the type of customer service I received to deal with the situation. I will never forget that moment of WTF is this shit, felt like a prank. Delivery person must have been embarrassed to deliver that they left OUTSIDE of suite door and they delivered the day after they were supposed to be.

Flowers I ordered were completely different than what was delivered. Not even close - different colors and different flowers. Spent nearly $100 and I was furious when I received a picture of what was received. I will never use Ava's again.

DO NOT USE this company!! I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and they were delivered 2 days late. I asked to cancel the delivery but they delivered any way. The flowers were embarrassing 2 stems of mums 2 carnations 1 hydrangea and one piece of greenery was all there was in a large vase with water. I requested my money back and only got half.

The flowers were not delivered. I tried their service line…they send you texts that say: urgent call this number…then you call and go thru multiple connections just to get a recording.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I never saw these comments. I ordered the mylar balloons and teddy bear. And my friend in the nursing home never received the bear. So I called and they told me they would have it there by 2pm. Never received. I called again was put on hold and they never came back. Now they won’t answer the phone at all!!! Absolutely Ridiculous. You leave people sitting in a nursing home hoping they are going to receive their teddy bear! Heartless Crooks. All that money I paid for 6 balloons!

Asked and paid for large, and before 2 PM delivery for wife birthday. Did not arrive until after 4, and when getting next morning, was not large. Small at best. First time using, very disappointed. Not like it was a holiday. Will not use again.

LET ME START WITH, FIND ANOTHER FLORIST! I ordered flowers for a work friend of my husbands, I was asked if I wanted a card, I said sure not knowing I would be charged 5.00, the same with the bow, another charge for 5.00. The total for the arrangement was 120.00. Our friend sent me a picture of the arrangement, it looked nothing like the beautiful flowers I had ordered. I understand when you need to substitute, but this arrangement looked like they had picked up the flowers after arrangements had fallen and just stuck them in a vase. I called, the prompts are never ending, that and with the hold I was on the phone for quite awhile only to be put on hold and disconnected 4 times. The... Read More

Horrible experience in choosing them to delivery flowers fir my mother's 100th birthday. I could have done better picking weeds from the side of the road. Very deceptive practices. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! So disappointing! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them!!!

Delivered totally wrong plant. A smaller and cheaper plant . Got run around . Would not give me refund on price difference . Their customer pledge is substitute at a greater value not lesser . Lame resolution . Never again .
