Its disappointing BBB rating stems, in part, from repeated complaints that its services are very difficult to cancel and its representatives are impossible to reach by phone. The company offers credit monitoring and reporting like its competitors, but provides few other credit-related tools and services. At $39.90 per month, its charges appear higher than average and include unrelated perks consumers may not need. All these concerns paint a picture of a company that offers bare-bones service for a high price and attempts to justify that price by offering consumers products completely unrelated to credit reporting.
