Overall Rating: 4 / 5 (Very good)

Credit.com is very good at what it does, which is limited. It gives consumers a free, immediate look at their credit score, analyzes it, and provides goals and suggestions for consumers to follow to improve it. It's not an ongoing, paid credit reporting service, though it does provide links to those services, some of which are owned by the same parent company. It's unfortunate that Credit.com does not publish its corporate owner's name, since many consumers may be uneasy about providing their identifying information to an anonymous website.

The message said I could go back and manually enter the payment through the app. That is not an option in the app. My emails about this issue are not answered. I am seriously considering...
