Lens.com doesn't care about the complaints of the delayed rebates. Was on phone with card portal people for 45 minutes and they said they would transfer me dept that handles that. After 15 minutes it was answered by VERIZON WIRELESS card dept who had no idea what I was talking about. Called Lens.com and they said yes there has been some delays but they had no control over rebate company. WHAT you contracted with them for the fullfilment. He said wait another month or so and if still not received after 6 months since order they would have it reissued and what wait another 6 months. Do not purchase from this company and expect to receive the rebate that is promised. It's been 6 months. Please save yourself money and just purchase elsewhere.

The product is fine, but you pretty much might as well forget the rebate. You're better off in the end, buying elsewhere. You will pay a little bit more than the advertised price from lens.com, but you will pay less in the end when you realize you are not getting your rebate as advertised. It's been 7 months since I sent off for the rebate & sti no rebate. Every time I call, it's the same.... "It's still processing."

FEES! If I could give a negative number I would. My product order was approximately $129. My taxes were $9. The fees charged were $90+, not including shipping!!!!!! $90+ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highway robbery and taking advantage of patients, especially those who don't have insurance to cover such things.

Pretty much same complaint as everyone else. Rebates are a joke. Last rebate from an order took 6 months. Now it's taking longer. Order placed 6/23/22. Still haven't received the rebate so this is not a one off. Their service level excuse is a joke. I have received other rebates in a short period of time so there is no excuse for what's happening. Also, keep an eye on their fees section when you make a purchase. It's ridiculously high. When I asked for a breakdown of that cost, I was told they couldn't give it to me. That's a joke.

The contacts are fine, just like every other provider. The issue is the rebate process. It takes months. But the worst part is that you have to cut up all the boxes that you bought. So I bought 8 boxes, a year supply and it is expected that I open every box and cut out the bottom of the box where the barcode is. Now if I did that I would be sitting here with 720 loose contacts that I am supposed to deal with. They are in strip of five together, so 144 strips of contacts with a very thin foil protecting the contact. Absolute ridiculously poor policy. So I have decided that returning them is the better option. The rebate is not worth the trouble and time you have to sink into it.

I have been a lens.com customer for many years. The service/processing on my orders has been efficient. But the rebates are a different story. I currently have outstanding rebates from orders in May 2022 and October 2022. The disclaimer about supply chain issues was understandable earlier this year, but the supply chain issues are long gone. This is starting to feel like a bit of a scam. The quoted prices are based on the rebate, yet for my May 2022 order, almost 7 months have gone by. The fact that lens.com has had no communications about this is poor. Their "rebates" are a scam, intentionally designed not to work as advertised. After 4 months, I still have not received my promised $75 rebate. Their site says all steps have been completed but it hasn't been mailed out yet. That's what it has said now for two months. When I contact them, they say "We are working very hard to mail out rebate cards in a timely manner." Yeah, right. In the future, I will take my business to someone who doesn't lie to me and play stupid games.

I put in an order with Lens.com in August with the same $105 rebate offer others are complaining about. We are over halfway through December and I have yet to receive the original rebate from August. I contacted them once and did get some kind of excuse that it was a supply chain issue. Seriously! I've checked on their rebate tracker site a couple of times and it shows "Card Fulfillment by Visa Card Processor". So it's ready to go. Just waiting on "Card Mailed by Visa Card Processor". Guess the post office must having supply chain issues too. SMH
