Would give only 1 star, except they did send the correct product and the phone support people were OK, though didn't always have accurate info. If not for those 2 things, 1 star. My first and last time to order from this co. I've been getting contacts online for over a decade from various companies. This was the worst. FRAUD ALERT!! I ordered two sets of contacts from this website for myself and my family member. My credit card charged for both before shipping. One "shipment" has tracking available and it shows it was never delivered to USPS. The other has no tracking number. I called twice. They promised they were going to ship again. They never did. It has been exactly 1 month and 14 days of waiting I cancelled the order and told them to refund me. No refund yet. It has been 5 days. I will have to dispute it with my bank. HORRIBLE ORDERING EXPERIENCE I uploaded my contacts prescription in PDF form. Next day they said they cannot see PDF's and they are not an acceptable format. Next day I uploaded a JPG that I converted from PDF (which they could of done) and they responded: cannot fill prescription as it does not match. When in fact it matched perfectly. They are run and managed by idiots and any savings is not worth the frustrating customer experience and days wasted in receiving your order.

The company offers low per box pricing but a high processing fee. I was a repeat customer for years with a small processing fee, this time it was $48. Will never use again. BAIT AND SWITCH, advertising is deceptive.

The shipping cost of 52.13 for 2 boxes of lens was an additional 61.11 = total 113.24 Plus they cancelled my order 4 times - No same answer why but order over phone; Extremely disappointed - Ask for an explanation on shipping cost more than the contacts None could answer it; called 4 times.

Don't ever fall for their rebate offer. They have no intention of sending it to you and will continue to make excuses even after multiple attempts

This company is playing games with their rebate program. I've purchased from them twice and in both cases, my rebate is never "processed". My bet is that they're hedging on their customers forgetting they're owed a rebate. Other people are complaining about this same problem. I've complained to the Better Business Bureau and suggest others do the same thing. This is completely unethical.

They had a great price on my Dailies, < $30 a box. I ordered 8 of them and when I got to the final page the other shoe dropped - $100+ "handling fee". Ok, I was pretty much expecting this. Even after that it was still a fairly low price so I placed the order. The confirmation email gave an estimated arrival time of 9 - 13 days out. After 9 days the order status still said "in fulfillment". I contacted them via their online chat facility. I was told they were out of stock and that it would be 4 weeks from the time of my order before they would ship. I cancelled my order. I am going to be without contacts pretty soon. Horrible shipping. 5-7 days is turning out to be 17 or more. They do not seem to care if you can see in a timely fashion. Paid $7.95 for shipping when I could have walked to get them faster. Customer Service was useless. Told me I had to contact Fed Ex myself to find out when they would be delivered. My lens are at a Fed Ex location 40 minutes from my house and they are telling me it could still be a week before I get them. Any money I saved has been lost to shipping and the inconvenience of not being able to see. Will never buy from lens.com again.

Not happy at all with this order The samples the dr gave me were good. My order from len.com are blurry close up They offered a credit for 2 lens told me to try the next 2 They are giving me a head ache I am going back to my old lens temporarily I don't want a credit I want to return them and be done with them
