Bait and switch by Lens.com. They advertise on "Google Shopping" $18.44/per box for CooperVision 90 day proclear contacts, free shipping, no minimum purchase (see attached pic) but when you click on offer they want you to pay $48.29/box and then do a mail in rebate that will only take the price to $31.62 a box. I talked to Lens.com supervisor named Candy and asked for the advertised price of $18.44 and she refused and said the price is wrong on Google. I would like to buy up to 4 boxes at the advertised price of $18.44 without rebate and receive free shipping.

No longer a fan - did not get rebate and felt scammed. I was a lens.com customer for many years because of competitive prices and good overall service. Then in 2020, I realized that they tacked on an unexpectedly high service fee (higher than in previous years), which made their prices comparable to others in the market. I put in a rebate, but didn't get the rebate because it was lost in the mail. When I called them several months later, in part because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they said my rebate had expired (though how would I know since I never received the debit card) and the funds had been swept away. SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM LENS.COM! Their marketing of low cost lenses is ONLY true if you are able to navigate their trickery! You pay more upfront than you would at your eye doctor, but their hook is that they will REBATE you money back (found out later it is in the form of VISA CARDS)....IF you are able to follow their terms to the letter! Any deviation of those terms and they WILL NOT honor the rebate. It is hinged on a timing requirement of how long you must wait after delivery of your contacts, to then go online and print a rebate form, AND THEN mail the rebate form into a rebate center address, after which they have a specified time to process said form. complete bait and switch. rip off. they show my price per box after applying the rebate . it's just a misleading price. they will be reported to BBB. they promise a rebate of $150 for my order and then I find out I have to wait to receive the order before I have to jump through hoops to file the rebate request. But wait - you don't get cash or a check, (you get a prepaid credit card (ok so not too bad) but you don't find this out until you complete your order. all along the way you are shown your net prices Then they will take up to 10 weeks to process your rebate card. I have not received a $100 rebate. I've called the company five times and keep getting a run around. A supervisor has yet to call me back as promised. Today I called again and was told the rebate was shipped to the wrong address on 4-8-21. The lens.com rebate center won't reissue it since it's been over three months. Instead, they'll give me a $100 credit on the next order. TOTAL SCAM!!! I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Waited over 3 months no 100.00 rebate I have been waiting for my $100.00 rebate since 5/26/2021. The rebate was promised  to arrive 7/30/2021 and never arrived. You also charged me for the free shipping and credited my account.. When am I going to receive my rebate. Your company is awful. Can you just put the credit on my discover card for all of these inconveniences or send the rebate via fed express so I actually received what you promised me? Please contact me ASAP if you what me and my fri9ends and family to ever use your company again.. I contacted your company several times by phone and now through e-mail and never received my 100.00 rebate,

Horrible. I ordered my lenses over one and a half months ago. Every step was a hustle (dealing with the prescription, not having the lenses in stock etc etc). When I thought that things were finally in order I was told that they couldn’t charge me and so they won't release my order. In the last 3 weeks, I’ve been calling, messaging, sending every proof they are asking for (bank statement, letter from my bank, screenshots, transaction ID) that proves I was charged. They still say they didn’t get the money, my order is still on hold until they figure out what went wrong. I hope one day I will get the order I placed and paid for 1,5 months. Also was scammed by Lens.com. I ordered the end of December 2020 and ordered 4 boxes of Avaira Vitality lens for 31.99 a box. Total for my lens were $127.96 with 7.95 in shipping, then a processing fee of $102.37 was added on top so my total was $238.28 for 4 boxes. I did not understand and when I called they kind of fluffed off like I was going to get a rebate back but the rebate was only $35 total which I did not get because they said it was not processed or received. WHAT A TOTAL RIP.

I was a repeat customer for a few years . I ordered contacts like I usually do. I moved two years ago hadn’t been a problem until this last order. I got my lenses in a timely fashion that was the usual for lens .com only problem is I was supposed to get +350 I received +300 at my address that was updated in their system I called to rectify the problem the guy said they would be out the next day so I figured a delivery would be Tuesday the 5th of July every day after I checked no contacts . I can’t wear my glasses because I haven’t updated them due to wearing contacts daily.
