Eyeconics insists my order from 11/11/20 was delivered but it is nowhere to be found. I live in an apartment with a concierge and they have never lost a package. They use UPS, who lately has become notorious for not having delivered packages that are listed as "delivered." When I informed Eyeconics that my package was missing, they were dismissive and vague in their response. I will NOT be ordering from Eyeconics again, certainly not until they take more accountability for their customer experience.

I wish I had visited here to see all the problems that people had before I placed my order. I ordered glasses on Oct 8. They took two weeks to let me know that they don't carry the frames that I picked on their website. Order was canceled with an email. No attempt to give me a second choice of frames. Placed another order right away at the end of October. Two weeks later they sent me an email saying that the lenses I wanted were on back order so they are upgrading me to the next level of lens. I called to find out what the deal was and how long I needed to wait. The agent said it would be 3 - 5 days and then I would get an email notifying me that the order had shipped and I ordered... Terrible experience! I wish there is an option to leave negative reviews. These guys don't even bother to wait for your doctor to verify that the customer has put in the correct prescription. Eyeconic rep told me they knew that I put in an eyeglass prescription by accident, they still went ahead and fulfilled my order. Of course the contact lenses I received didn't fit me because they were so far off my contact lens prescription! What a fraud company. And they don't accept refund or exchange unless the box has not been opened. What do you mean??? How does one try on the lenses if they don't open the box?? We passively validated your order due to no response to our Prescription Verification Request sent to your doctor's office via fax. “Passive verification,” basically means that if the doctor’s office doesn’t respond to a verification request within eight business hours, we can fill the prescription for you based on what you provided as being true and valid. I used it once and NEVER again. They messed up my prescription for my contacts, but since I had opened the box, they would not replace or refund. I spent 40 minutes on the phone, mostly on hold, to find all this out. Total waste of time and money.

Complete total Poor Service all the way around, from Ownership, Management, and their Associates. Ordered in good faith a simple pair of glasses from them on May 28, 2020 and as of today I'm still waiting on my glasses. Had to be remade due to optometrist error, returned those with new RX, they returned with old RX, spoke to so called supervisor who found error and assured me she would process remake on Aug 4 but when I checked this week she put in notes I was told to return before remake would be shipped which is not what I was told even offered (in the interest of getting my glasses back) to secure remake with credit card was advised no worries she would handle matter. I give Eyeconic a rating of 0 stars, and it sounds like I am not alone. If you have a few months to wait for a pair of glasses - these are your people. If you actually need them sooner - go elsewhere.

Terrible service. My $500 glasses have been preparing for shipping almost 2 months and still not ready, Customer service always says the same - we don't have any info when you will receive it. You gonna get blind before you any glasses from that service!

Very poor communication on orders. Hard to get in touch with and false promises for delivery. I ordered contacts on 6/12 as of 6/22 still had not shipped. Needed for vacation on 6/24 - Canceled order will not use again. I have never had this much difficulty getting contacts. Used Eyeconic because my insurance recently changed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Eyeconic makes money by claiming your benefit, but does not guarantee that you receive your order. When you call the customer service, they simply issue a refund and keep your benefit allowance.
