AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered contacts for my husband and myself on the same day. Shipping was kind of slow, but they shipped both packages out on the same day. My husbands have showed no tracking info for over ten days and are clearly lost in transit. I asked them to send me a new shipment as they are clearly lost - WHICH IS WHAT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WOULD DO! They SHOULD take care of their customer and send a new set out immediately. I was instead told that I have to wait another 2 weeks for UPS to complete an investigation. So now I have to wait for that to complete, then wait for them to ship again. Absolutely ridiculous!

Omg, wish I had seen all these negative reviews before ordering. They are spot on! It's been almost 4 weeks since I ordered contact lenses from Eyeconic, and I'm STILL wearing glasses! No contact lenses anywhere to be found. I've emailed Eyeconic and they refuse to ship a new order. They said I have to wait at least another week before they open a lost package investigation. REALLY?! How long after that will I get the contacts I ordered...or will I EVER?!?! Total fail this company.

It is a RIPOFF. They are super overpriced. VSP from what I was told by a rep wouldn't let me buy contacts at Walmart, but suggested I use Eyeconic as one of the only places "in network". So instead of contacts being normal priced they charge out the butt. Then I "apply your insurance discount" . Which would have went a lot further at a normal priced contact seller. Then you have to cover costs out of pocket due to the jacked up prices.

I ordered contact Lens 3 weeks ago and did not get it yet. I called customer service about it. they told me they have ship it and I have to wait until they can file package lost for delivery. they don't want to replace it, don't want cancel the order(if they cancel the order, at lease I can get contacts from other place using my insurance benefits), but ask to wait and wait... they really does not care about customer.

Terrible experience ordering through Eyeconic, will never shop there again. They sent me the wrong prescription and treated me poorly when I tried to get the order fixed. I've spent a month without the contacts that I need to see. Two thumbs down.

I'm not sure how much Eyconic pays this site for advertising in order to receive the star rating they have. If you look elsewhere you will find Eyeconic isn't that great and I would have to agree since my first experience was bad. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars or a negative star rating. This company really does not care if you are happy or pissed off. Eyeconic sends you a pair of glasses, probably the ones you ordered but not the correct prescription. I spoke with an agent via chat, she gave me many auto-responses. ordered glasses with assitance of customer service rep. found out afterward delievery would be up to 32 days. then order came and it was incorrect. called customer service, and it would take 2 weeks to process a return and another 33 days to fill the order. needless to say, the order was cancelled, but now I have to wait at least two weeks to reinstate my insurance benefits.

Ordered glasses with my VSP benefits and understood it may take up to 22 days to receive the order per their website, I was fine with waiting 3 weeks. 2 weeks after my order I received an e-mail saying delivery may be delayed and now it may take up to 33 days. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would take that long and this seems like a deceptive way of doing business. Look elsewhere for glasses.

I am forced to use Eyeconic because it is through my work insurance. I have used another contact lense provider for the past 10 years and I have never had an issue. I placed an order on 1/10/2021 and the wrong color was sent. I called customer service and was emailed a label and told that the correct color lenses would be sent 2 day air once the contact lenses were received. It has been over a week and I still don't have the lenses. I called today and got a very rude customer service person who had a "I don't give a damn and I am ready to go home" attitude. She stated that "whoever" told me that my contacts would be sent 2 day air should not have told me that and they do not do that. In... Read More

Eyeconics insists my order from 11/11/20 was delivered but it is nowhere to be found. I live in an apartment with a concierge and they have never lost a package. They use UPS, who lately has become notorious for not having delivered packages that are listed as "delivered." When I informed Eyeconics that my package was missing, they were dismissive and vague in their response. I will NOT be ordering from Eyeconics again, certainly not until they take more accountability for their customer experience.
