DISHONEST COMPANY …DO NOT USE! I signed on with them after reading their great reviews online. Before signing on, I made sure to ask many questions about the coverage and the sales person Charles was very clear that everything was included. I specifically asked about the electronics because I had heard there were some reliability issues for my particular model. Just over a month later, my car developed a problem with the interface screen that controls temperature, audio, telephone etc. I first contacted Charles, who suddenly was unclear about the coverages and referred me off to someone else. This auto protection is targeted for used vehicles. This policy becomes effective 30 days after purchase Plus 1k miles from date of purchase... beware of this verbage.. if your car fails on day 31, 32, 33,etc this company will deny coverage saying it was an unknown pre-existing condition. Most people drive more than 1k miles in a month and cannot predict when their cars will fail regardless of age. Coverages like this should give the used car owners or buyers a sense of security similar to health or life insurance.
