This company does not take care if they client. After filing a claim, it took almost a month for them to make a decision as to whether i would be covered or not. They never answered the phone, assigned me a claim rep who wouldn't and couldn't answer questions I had so they simply dodged the phone calls. They canceled my policy without telling me and notified me days later while I'm out of town thinking I was covered. They went ahead and looked at my vehicle, after telling me they had to investigate and were not going to pay the wrecker service for picking up the vehicle only I guess to find out that it cost more than they were willing to pay so they then tell me they suspect fraud... We love Progressive! They have always given us prompt, courteous service. They return calls when they say they will. Our auto body shop said they really like working with Progressive. They arranged our rental car very efficiently as well as working with the auto body shop. They are also great about checking on us after the repairs. We will keep our car, truck, and motorhome with Progressive.

I have to agree with the last comment. I heard that Progressive was listed for a best rate, and I completely disagree and felt that I needed to speak up. Please think twice before changing, because it turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I purchased from this company last year, added Roadside Assistance (I paid extra for this service), used this two times, once for myself when my control arm snapped and another for my daughter’s battery, which was dead (it was winter), so she called for help. This has to be the biggest joke ever written. There is no way Progressive Insurance has anything positive written by anyone who has had them. The ONLY strong customer service point is that they will insure you when others will not.

YOu have got to be kidding me. Progressive is the worst insurance company that I've even been a customer of. The try to cheat you in everyway they can. Increase premium for no reasons, deny claims for any reasons and worst customer service in the insurance market.
