Jupiter Auto Insurance is overpriced and will subject you to convenience fees for every transaction. After being told my already overpriced insurance would be going up due to Federated Insurance coverage being pulled from Georgia, I found insurance for a third of Jupiter. After finding my change they charged me $25 for cancellation that I was not told about. For changing like they told me to. AND had to pay yet another convenience for that equaling $30 for following their instructions. I give them a warranted 1/5 for price, customer service, and headache.

I had been hit by a car insured by Jupiter, and after I read all the negative Jupiter reviews on the internet I was afraid that I would not be paid, or that it would take forever. Not only was I paid, but it was the right amount, and in a normal amount of time. They are old-fashioned in that they don't send email acknowledgements every step of the way, but they got the job done! Claim#17-8002325.

The fact u raise everyone's premiums by 50pct after the first 6 months with no warning explanation or reason is shady as f!! Shady shady shady!

I have been in the insurance industry for 28 years as an agent for the largest insurer. I have never seen a poorer support system, specifically claims. I don’t know how you rate them on a 7/10 in financial strength with no verifiable information. Their customer experience has been absolutely horrific. Horrific. They did not deliver on the claim promise and that is to pay what they owe and be good stewards of their customer funds. Absolutely pathetic. Clear liability. Estimator can’t do his job. Claim rep can’t do her job. Supervisor doesn’t return call. A supervisor does not return calls. 28 years and even I have to get the Department of Insurance involved with the complaint.... Read More
