Worst ever!!!BEWARE!!!!! This company should be sued for fraud. I chose this insurance from a friend who said I could get a good deal. Yeah it was but trying to contact them WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!!! My insureance card says state auto but the only numbers to contact are for claims and windshield repair. I had a flat tire on the way to a client's house and was given the major run around and sent to different insurance companies. Thankfully a kind man and his wife stopped to put my spare on.AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bunch of liars and crooks. A bait and switch where I authorized one thing and they deducted something else from my bank account. The agent quoted a down payment of $58 and monthly payments of $ 62. The stole a $69 down payment and $75 a month payment. Like I wouldn't notice????????????????????

It is not an insurance company, they are brokers. They WILL sell your data to third party. How I know that, I was Allstate customer but wanted to switch and save. So I decided esurance is a good option I can save some money also good service as it is owned by Allstate. But the operator at esurance told me about their sister company "Answer financials" because I have a rebuilt title and esurance does not deal with rebuilt titles. I called answer financials and got insurance from Progressive through answer financial. When they gave me a quote from Progressive that's when I realize it's not a insurance company but brokers.
