A dedicated fax line is $14.99/month and comes with 300 minutes. Additionally, softphone functionality will cost $12.99 per user per month. Intermedia also offers a large array of cloud and hosted features. Consumers looking for additional functionality might consider their "Office in the Clouds," which bundles the standalone hosted PBX with 30 other business applications all accessible from a single control panel. Although these services come with a price tag, they offer the ability to consolidate and eliminate multiple vendors and bills.

Quite frankly i felt like they were hustling me. They also hide prices, i try to speak to Mg twice, not available . As soon as they solve my little issue, I will change this rating to 4
