Overall Rating: 4.6 / 5 (Excellent)

Ooma Office is a good solution for small business owners who need a quick, easy way to upgrade their phone system to cope with growing demand. The most substantial issue with the company is its upfront costs, which can be a bit high. This is offset, however, by the fact that Ooma does not require customers to use special IP phones, which can raise costs significantly.

Ooma has been one of our worst night & day mares! Their Fax & Phone Service DO NOT FUCTION PROPERLY! Then they refuse to cancel service & it takes at least a week or it could take a month just to transfer your preexisting phone # to another company. They Refuse Refunds of months of no service. You do NOT want Oooma as a service provider; they are of the worst character! Ooma should NOT BE IN Business!

We switched over to Ooma from 8x8 two weeks ago, and it’s been a very seamless switch. The pro level includes all the services we need for our 5 person church. We really appreciated the flat pricing and no contracts. Our only initial outlay was for the 2 physical phones that we ordered (about $150).
