This company is destroying peoples job reputations. I have worked for LYFT and UBER over a year without any problems. Both companies pulled a background check from CHECKR and both companies ok'd me to drive. Last week my LYFT app would not activate and sent me a message that it was because information on my background from CHECKR was the reason. I contacted and filed a dispute with CHECKR, because they had a charge on my background that was DISMISSED and it still showed as CONSIDER on their background. This company does NOT follow regulations set by other states. They seem to believe they are above the law. If your state has time limit regulations, beware this company does not follow them. I give them a zero rating. The use lame excuses for their blatant disregard of the state laws and regulations. I have been a victim of there actions. They had to go back 23 years to find a misdemeanor to report,............. really Since this will not let me leave my comment without clicking a star, I will click 1, but I really gave them a 0!

This company is ridiculous. They gave me a "consider" status because they couldn't verify an employment date that was a month off. That is not an issue but turns out everybody with a problem with their background check gets the same status. So the murderer guy, sex offender guy, and guy with a small discrepancy in an employment period are in the same boat. I have never had a problem with background checks until a prospective employer used Checkr. I wonder how many candidates' lives this company has ruined.

I feel Checkr is not looking for accurate information when doing background checks, I tried to correct what they sended to company I work for and they destroyed any job opportunities I may have had because they wouldn't correct the background checks to the correct information.

I just got an email from this company asking me for personal information. Yea, like I'm going to give personal information to a web site I know nothing about. It's seems to be a scam so beware.
