New Bosch appliances. The double ovens failed within eight months. After second repair visit, the ovens were repaired but we noticed the repairman had scratched the top panel when he was working on it. We contacted them and we were told we had to go through a separate process for them to "consider" replacing the panel piece that he scratched. They have requested photos, Certificate of Occupy issued by county that we received when we moved in, the receipt, and now they are saying we have to provide them with copies of our closing documents to prove we own our home. We purchased these appliances through Lowes and even bought the extended warranty that will kick in after the manufacturer... Read More
