customer sevice is terrible. I have a refrigetor 3 weeks and it it died. I would never buy from them again.
We purchased a Bosch microwave about a year ago. It's just OK. The turn table stopped turning and we had to figure out that the 'coupler' had already broken. We were able to find a replacement part and repair it ourselves but Bosch was of little to no help. Disappointing that such an expensive item would need a repair within about a year of installation.
Very poor customer service. Please check the BBB rating. They have a history of not standing behind their products. We have a fridge less than a year old that keeps freezing. They gave us the run around, asked for photos, videos and still have not fixed the issue. Would I buy from this company again....No! Should have stuck with GE Profile...great company, great appliance service.
I also purchased the micro / oven combo, a large price tag- $3680. Installed 11/16 . So far three service calls. Most recent cost $360. First problem control panel failed and was replaced.
Second -rack holders broke.
Third - arcing - metal tray replaced.
Last one - failed fuse. Door fuse also out. Parts cost 50 dollars but the rip off labor price was 307.75 dollars( 129 just to show up
18.75 diagnosis fee, 160 for one hour work.
I was told to buy Bosch by family members who had nothing but good to say. We will no longer buy Bosch or if other appliances need work I will not be calling Bosch service.

bosch hmc80251uc/01 double oven LED went dead after 1 1/2 years of purchase. Over $500 to replace display is ridiculous in such such a new expensive new unit.
Do not buy a Bosch refrigerator or a Bosch extended warranty. We now have had 3 icemakers replaced in 1.5 years. Also the extended warranty plan is absurd. When you call the plan you cannot get an appointment scheduled. you have to wait several days for Bosch to call you back; then you wait 7-10 days for the technician , who may be supplied by an outsourced provider ; then you wait for the part to arrive, and another appointment with the technician
Have been waiting for 2 weeks for a response to fixing my dishwasher, which by the way is the second time I've had to have the button (wash cycle) repaired because it sticks. I will not be buying another dishwasher from Bosch.
We lived in Germany for a few years, and had all Bosch appliances. Never had a moment of trouble with any of them. When we returned to the states, we remodeled our kitchen and installed all Bosch Benchmark appliances. Three years later, we have had major problems with 3 out of 4 of our appliances - we’re on our 3rd ice maker, the “component racks” in our dishwasher rusted and fell apart, and now we’ve got the dreaded display failure on the microwave of our $4000 combination speed oven - repair over $500. I have a 2 years old Bosch microwave. It quit working. We used their trouble shooting guide to check out what we could. No help. So we call Bosch, we did not by the extended warranty because we purchased BOSCH appliances!!!! So now Bosch will not help us. I feel that the extended warranty is a farce and that they no longer build excellent appliances; they are only trying to get more money from the consumer with an inferior produce.
My rating is a ZERO!! !!!!

I bought a service plan. Called two days ago to request service. Followed up twice. Still haven't heard from a technician.
