I bought a range hood fan from Boschs and got it delivered to me in December. However, I did not open and install it until March. When I did open it, I discovered that the logo on the fan was visibly crooked. After I reported this issue to Bosch and requested for a replacement, they sent someone from their company to come take a look at the issue and they said that Bosch will give us a replacement for the range hood because having the logo crooked was unacceptable for their company. But then a day later, I got a call saying that I could not get a replacement since I had contacted them 30 days after the delivery date. My dishwasher has been broken since early January. I have a 10 year warranty on the unit. The first available appt to repair was 4 weeks. Waited the 4 weeks, only to have the appt. cancelled by bosh on the day of the repair, and then rescheduled another 4 weeks. Had to argue for a sooner date. So at the end of February a repairman shows up, spends about 5 minutes to tell me they need a new part, and that they don't have it with them. So back to the end of the line, only to wait another month to be told that they have to cancel that appt on the day of the repair. I complained, and they got me an appointment 1 more week later. Bosch repair service is terrible. I made an appointment to repair the front part of microwave hood door that cracked off. On the day they were supposed to arrive, they didn’t show up and said that it had been canceled even though I did not cancel it. I made a new appointment and when repair person arrived, they came unprepared even though I needed to provide details of the issue and my model number and serial number. I was told that repairs would equal cost of new item and that it was $130 to walk in the door. On two phone calls nobody ever told me about that. I have a Bosch dishwasher that has been broken for 5 months. I have had 4 visits from a Bosch repairman and have paid for the services rendered, and the machine is still broken. The dishwasher is four years old, which a customer support representative told me is unfathomably old and I shouldn't expect anything better from a machine this old, which I find outrageous from a company whose slogan is "invented for life." I had another customer support representative tell me that even though I paid for the repairs and the machine is still broken, I would not be refunded and I had no options of doing anything to speed up the ongoing repair process because of covid, which I understand, but there... To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. My ovens haven't worked in months (both Bosch). It took forever to get a Bosch repairman to my home. Then, we heard nothing back when he promised to call and let us know when the parts would be in. Then, I spent 30 minutes on hold waiting for a rep at the company, who told me that he would call back. Of course, he didn't. I wish I hadn't purchased Bosch. This is such a mistake. The company doesn't care about the consumer and they obviously don't manufacture appliances that are intended to last more than a couple of years. BTW: The repairman who didn't call back was Mr. Joseph and the call center rep who didn't call back was David.

Bosch customer service is so disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing any of their products. We purchased the cooktop and it worked for two months and then went out. It's taking so long for them to respond and repair. Not what I was expecting from an upscale appliance line.

Bosch customer service sucks. I ordered a dishwasher 6 months ago. They sent the dishwasher without the rack or tray. I call for four months trying to get the rack. Then when the part finally came in, I ask for the warranty to start when I received the tray. The CS rep was rude and argumentative. I ask for management and she told me that they wouldn't take the call. Perfect opportunity to flip this around and make me happy. Instead I left the call pissed off at Bosch.

Then when the part finally came in, I ask for the warranty to start when I received the tray. The CS rep was rude and argumentative. Bosch warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on! My 300 dishwasher that I bought at Best Buy went totally dead. I called the service line and they asked if there was a power outage. I said yes and they voided the warranty. So much for being honest. I've had appliances and have never been asked such a question. Neither have any of them gone dead after a power outage which happens frequently in Florida. The main point is this. Bosch appliances are not built with any protection from power surges and are fragile in that regard. It is as if they plan to sell and appliance with a warranty, but when it comes to honoring it, they trick you into saying something that will allow them to void... Read More

Bosch is the worst refrigerator we have ever owned. It makes a high pitch sound periodically. When the motor runs it sounds like a car is running outside. Bosch warranty department did not listen to our concerns. Repair could not figure out what was causing it. Bosch does not stand behind their product.
