If only it was possible to describe to you with words how terrible this company is, I can't find proper words to tell you how far you should run from them, if I had the time and money to sue this company and I would put every effort to it. Our $5000 fridge broke 2 years after we bought it, it took those about 40 days to repair that, but year later the fridge isn't working again, so now they have to repair it for free. First of all, it took them 20 days to come by to look at it, the first technician was in our house for 5 min, when he decided what's wrong with the fridge and he ordered a part and said we can't come by for another 20 days. Your technicians are great but you need to get it together when it comes to where they are going. You send them to a customer without the proper information. As an apartment complex they should be given a unit number as well as a building number. You also need to contact the customer at least 24hrs PRIOR to the appointment in order to allow access to an occupied unit. There is a major disconnect between GE and A & E! Someone is dropping the ball BIG TIME and this results in disgruntled customers and frazzled technicians. Please get it together and be more accurate so it isn't a waste of time for the customer as well as your technicians.

I would rate this a ZERO if I could. This company is a joke. No one can speak clear english on the phone. The technician ordered the wrong part, came back picked up the part and now customer service says the part has been discontinued. It's a plastic shelf and I found it on Amazon for $25.00 cheaper. Now I can not get them to refund my money $58.65. The last person I spoke with said someone from "refunds" will call me in 7 business days. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Terrible service. My fridge has been out since may 2, 2019. The tech has been out 8-9 times and my fridge is still not working. Each time I have to wait 2 - 4 weeks for an appointment. Today the tech showed up, I went and unlock the door he used the last time he was here (8/27) but when I looked out again he was gone. He never called me or came to the door. I've been on the phone all day with a couple of manager and 3 other people. Now i'm being told that I have to wait until October 1! I can't believe it. I will not be renewing my contract. Please stay away from these people.

We were required to use your services in the Montross, Virginia area for service on our LG refrigerator purchased from Lowes in Tappahannock under an extended warranty. After having to wait almost 3 WEEKS for a technician, he told us the problem someone left a door ajar, causing ice to build on a fan. He removed the ice, checked the gaskets (the fridge was only 18 months old), stayed about 20 minutes and said all was fine. The very next day, the problem returned. When we contacted the repair service supplied through A&E, we were told we had to wait for over 2 weeks for a return visit ! We contacted Lowes again, and they attempted to expedite service. I just want to know who owns this TERRIBLE company! So that I can call them! I have been hung up on MULTIPLE times, told that they do NOT care about me being an upset customer and I have been without a Dryer for weeks and they are giving me some bull about the system being down so they can't check for the part that I need. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

We have not been happy with the A&E service. This all started 7 weeks ago with the serviceman showing up to fix our refrigerator, without a part to fix it. Part ordered, after the 3 attempt the party finally arrived uncrushed. The serviceman said that on 6/13/19 he was scheduled to install the part. I get an email on 6/12/19 to confirm the part had arrived. During with the phone clerk said our appointment was scheduled for 6/20/19. These people will rip you off and then send you a bill for it. Upon making an appointment for a diagnosis for my microwave I was told that the charge was $99.00. When the tech showed up he said the charge was really $249.00!!! I told him never mind, the microwave could be replaced for less than that diagnosis fee (which didn’t even cover the repair) and that I had been given the wrong information. I still got billed for this false appt. There is a plethora of negative complaints against this company on line for really angry people. I don’t know how they got 4 stars in this website because it’s certainly inconsistent with everywhere else.

Might be possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Been trying to get a refrigerator repaired for a month now. They have canceled 3 different appointments sick tech, tech had a family emergency, tech was in a accident. And it’s always a week after they cancel for next appt. tonight when canceled they have said 2 weeks now. They were here 1time to diagnose the problem. Lg overnighted the parts and the have been sitting here for 3 weeks. Terrible customer service!!

Just look at these reviews. How can this site rate them 8/10 or BBB give them a A+? I experienced just about the same issues most of these posters wrote about, unable to keep appointments, no parts, unprofessional representatives, etc. Add to that they lament that they don't have enough help to go around. Unfortunately, most people will not see these reviews before they buy an appliance and find out who the repair company is for that particular manufacturer and then it's too late. This is a Sears company and Sears is barely on life support. Tell everyone you know that before they buy that fridge or washer to ask the sales rep who's the warranty repairer.
