WORST Company to do business with. I wish there is a way to submit a NEGATIVE 5 star review. What Sunrun is doing with me is flat out FRAUD. I am having several problems with Sunrun solar: this claim is for billing issues only Issue 1: My sun run account still shows that I have had a $128 overdue payment since November even though the payment was made on time. I took picture evidence of the website showing the payment was submitted, my credit card account showing the funds withdrawn and a follow-up email from Sunrun confirming the payment was made. Sun run sales representative Mitchell willfully deceived yes yes deliberately making statements of rebates in the amount of $15,000 that we could use to pay down our loan or for anything we wanted well sun run doesn’t offer a rebate here’s the kicker today Mitchell said I never said rebate Mitchell set my living room told my wife and I does rebate of $15,000 we would get is how he sold us a $60,000 system we never would’ve bought had he been honest about being an incentive not a rebate there’s a world of difference in the man Nuit incentives will not put cash in your hand yet he had no problem telling us we would receive $15,000 cash so is the man super ignorant or A deceptive sales person... They accept no responsibility, just cash. If you want to purchase your equipment - TOO BAD. You are not able to purchase the equipment. You are stuck in an ever-increasing contract that will not allow you to buy out. SunRun is a shady company with malicious practices.

I haven't had a problem with sunrun until my roof started leaking. The support is rude, they canceled third party installer/roofer out of their system and I had to start all over to get panels removed. After a 3 months their removers show up and didn't even take panels off roof. They didn't call me or email me my tenants were under impression the panels were off. The roofers remove tarps to find panels still there. You can't reach anyone untill10 am ET. At this point Id like to remove keep them off with service like this.

This has been a terrible experience. Nothing was as promised. Do not use this company. Don't make my mistake. I have nothing but regrets. I would give negative stars if I could.

My system has not been running right for the last year.Shuts down all the time, if I try to contact them, I'm on hold for hours and when I do get through they have nothing to say. The system has been down the whole month of September and part of July, still NO SERVICE. Horrible service maybe their going out of business

My Sunrun system failed on April 8, 2021. Still not working on August 11th. Numerous phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. On two occasions when I did contact someone I was referred to a customer service "partner" phone number that turned out to be for a different solar company that said they were not affiliated with Sunrun. Yesterday morning I called again and got an automated message saying I would get a call back. Still waiting.

I scheduled a system install after my sales rep Bryan told me in no uncertain terms that the system would be totally free due to a program set up with Edison to get more energy generated to the grid. But my son's mother-in-law mentioned something I learned years ago. "Nothing in this world is free". I did some research including a discussion with Cust. service at Sunrun and they had never heard of a free system!! Needless to say I cancelled immediately!!! Alan Q

We have been waiting for 4 months to speak with our sales rep to find out the status to install the solar panels. We have called Vivint Solar (apparently now SunRun) countless times and constantly get the run around, we have left several voicemail messages for our sales rep, we've emailed her, and sent her text messages; no response. We've even spoken with her manager, he promised to call back with a status but never called back. Permits are in place and our HOA has approved installation; everything on our end has been done; the administrative process is complete and in place; we just need to get a date as to when they will install the panels.
