Scott and Tom was onsite installing our replacement windows. These 2 are the definition of perfection, and professionalism . Very neat and respectful. Prompt ! Keeps you abreast of the job progression. They even made us aware that we did not receive all of our screens. They(Scott) made the phone call to be sure we will receive the screens , before they left . Highly recommend these two for any installing or repairs! Our experience from start to finish is certainly been a positive! R & B

This company has been the worst experience I've ever had in thirty years of contracting. The customer service is a total waste of time. I've been buying windows and building homes for 3 decades, I thought I would try Pella windows out.. Boy was that a HUGE mistake. I waited 8 weeks for my shipment and when it arrived I was 5 windows short on my order and 3 of the windows I did receive were broken. After numerous phone calls and emails still crickets.. I cant even get any answers on when I might get my windows let alone any kind of a credit for the missing units.. If I could leave a negative 50 review that's what I would leave. DO NOT USE PELLA!!!!

Dave came to our house as Vicky was unable to return. Unfortunately he proceeded to give us a very aggressive hard sell especially when we refused to sign up there and then. After receiving other estimates and doing more research we decided we wanted to go ahead with the project. We were surprised to find that Dave will not respond to our attempts to contact him. I guess Dave and Pella don’t need or want our business.

Never ever use this company. Very poor quality, poor costumer service. They damaged floors in my entire house, and will not take any responsibility. Go to Lowes or Home deport, you will get much better service.

I put Pella Architectural series top of the line windows in my 6,800 square foot house in 2020. They are all rotting and leaking. The design of the window is pine with aluminum cladding on the outside of the window. When building the window they didn't even bother to prime under the cladding so when moisture gets in the windows rot. Pella will sell you knew ones ($750 a pop replacement) but even then they customer service is less than terrible. 3 Plate windows leak into the house, even after paying Pella to pull and reseat the windows. Two glass doors rotting out, 9 casement windows completely rotted out which I had rebuilt for less than half of what Pella wanted to charge me to... Read More

I have a home that is fitted with Pella windows and doors. The home was built in 1998. One of the sliding patio doors is completely rotted out below the window and two of the Pella windows in the house are completely rotted out on the bottom sash. My contractor told me to contact Pella as he thought they might be covered under warranty. After contacting Pella customer service, I was told that I am two years out of warranty, which I can understand, but here is where my frustration began. The Pella customer service rep pulled up the very large original order from 1998 and found my windows and doors. He then proceeded to tell me that he can sell me a replacement door panel for a... In 2014, Pella Windows in Monroe, Connecticut installed several windows in our house in Redding, Connecticut. Within a few months, one of the triple windows began to leak water and their installer had to return to fix the problem. This past spring, 6 years after the window installation, in the process of renovating a bathroom, we discovered that two sets of windows had not been properly sealed and water had been leaking into the insides of the respective walls ever since. We had to spend thousands of dollars repairing the walls, including the removal of the outside stucco. Had we not discovered the leaking as a result of the renovation, further damage would most certainly have occurred... Read More

Mother in law had Pella window installed really looks nice about 5 years later the screen was not working properly. Called Pella customer service. Waited 30 + minute to speak with a person. Pella want $150.00 just to come to your home. Thats to decide what parts they need. Another $150.00 visit call to do the work. If you spend a minimum of $500.00 they will refund you $75.00 towards the work and labor. Great products for the most part and expensive then the rack you on the service end of their business. Shop around folks.

Cleaning Pella windows looks easy at the home show, but it is not. I just spent an hour trying to do one window and it is only half done. The windows do not fold out in real life unless a person has a lot of strength. I now have a damaged window frame and a window that is still dirty. Last year I gave up, but decided to try again. It is easier to bring out the extension ladder and clean the windows from the ladder. Very deceptive description of how easy they are to clean. I would never do Pella again.

I signed all their papers and was approve for 21,000 dollars. Then you all ask me to give up my rights to court by signing a paper that allowed you to put a lien on my house without going to court. So I left went to home depot they gave me a 2,000 dollar saving and did not ask me to give up any of my rights.
