I purchased the Pella door because of the strong warranty and local service available for your product. When I placed a call to Pella service in July of 2021 to correct the leaking patio door I was expecting well trained technicians and what I got was circus clowns. Beautiful windows with craftsmanship. However, customer service sucks. Project manager can not return a phone call. Plus they wanted to install a damaged window.

Ordered auto-locks for my 250 series windows. One lock was broken during installation. 2 more locks fell off the windows the first time I opened them. I brought them through Lowe's. I strongly recommend not using Lowe's. Ordered the windows in Feb. Installation was in April. It is now Sept 16th, and installation is still not complete. Installers have been out 5X, already. Caulking is still not completed. Disgraceful customer service and quality!

This company's products are horrible. They frequently break down, and are needlessly complicated and difficult to repair. Good luck to you if you need service. Expect at least a 6 week wait. Customer service is also horrible.

The window was installed and looked beautiful. 4 months later it started to fog some panes. After 1 yr the whole window fogged. We had to pay the install which was more than what the whole window cost. I have ordered many windows from dif. companies before and have never had a fogged window issue. This is my 3rd house. 1st time ordering Pella. Never again.

We ordered 2 Pella replacement sliding doors back in May 2021. Originally they planned to install in July. That was then pushed back to late August. This installation date was also cancelled. We are located in Lancaster, PA. When trying to contact them about a new date for installation they have continued to ignore our calls, saying they would get right back to us with an answer. They never call back. This has now happened the last four times we have contacted them. Hard to rate a product that they will not install. FYI: we put down a $10,000+ down payment in May.

Dreadful customer service! I reported a broken crank and rusting hardware more than 6 weeks ago and have yet to get a call for a service appointment. We replaced every window in our house January this year!!! oh yea we chose to over look a window that opens in the wrong direction -why- because we're nice people - never should have let that slip by. WHAT does it take for a phone call??? and then how long should we have to wait for the actual service call?? I'll keep you posted!

I have had 16 expensive hurricane rate windows fail over the last 11 years. The seal breaks and the windows fog up. After the second year labor was not included. After year 10 the warranty was over. This may be the worst product purchase of my life. I am 63 years old.

Had Pella Designer windows with blinds installed in our home. They look fantastic and have cut down on the noise tremendously. Would highly recommend them. I also replaced my entry doors and the overhead garage door with Pella

Lock began sticking on exterior door. Pella wants $1000 for new hardware. Huh? $1000 for a door knob?!! Is this some sort of very bad joke? Our entire house was built just 17 years ago. We have had to replace sashes in 6 windows and entirely replace 3 windows, one of those a large picture window at a cost of thousands. Wish I could go back in time and pick ANY other brand for our new construction!
