White Knight Pest Control is a Texas-based company established in 2006. The company services both residential and commercial customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. In addition to all general pest control needs, the company treats for flea, bed bug, roach, mosquito, and rodent infestations. Every annual service includes a service guarantee that allows for unlimited pest control treatments throughout the year. White Knight is headquartered in Buda, Texas.

WORST pest company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wish I could leave them zero stars. Not only was I tricked into signing a 12 month contract to "try" their services, but they are not willing to make any accommodations even after sustaining a traumatic brain injury so bad I couldn't even walk from my bed to the bathroom without help. The very first service the technician left a checklist of things he claimed to have done. He only did one of the three items checked off so I had to call to schedule another service and actually watch them perform said service. Horrible customer service! I have been charged for three months even after I had originally cancelled months prior! No help whatsoever. Claims they can not find the original call that I had to cancel the account and will not investigate further and will not refund the money they charge long after the account has been closed. 0/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! No definitive answer for what they charged me for, only an "I believe"" from a supervisor!
Very difficult to cancel!
Horrible customer service & horrible pest control. I left a former pest control company that I was happy with when a high-pressure salesman came to my door. BIG MISTAKE! They lock you into a contract that you can't get out of unless you pay for the REMAINING SERVICES...they get you with the "fine print". Additionally, I had no problems with spiders in my condo until they took over the pest control. Unfortunately, while using their services, I became unemployed about halfway through my contract. Worked for white Knight for two years plus an enjoy working for them
I'd advise against using White Knight Pest Control. It has been our experience that they don't do quality work and don't stand behind their product. If you do decide to terminate service due to the poor quality they will charge you an early termination fee.
Looking at their billing they charge around $300 for their bi-monthly plan which they don't explain when they sell you on their service which is way above what I was paying previously.
Please be wary and aware.
Everything was great...until I needed to cancel service! This company says there is a 30day cancelation policy, however they will just make up dates to ensure that you have to pay a penalty fee for canceling. I just sold my home YESTERDAY. I sold my house and won't even be here next month, I informed them immediately after selling my house, and they won't let me cancel services until I pay for an appointment that they didn't even inform me that I had. The rep said I missed the cancellation deadline by 5 days... sorry, I should have sold my house 5 days sooner and then maybe I wouldn't have to pay... they are greedy! Salesperson Larry showed up on a Segway saying they were a “local company” in Colorado Springs- closest warehouse is over an hour away and they’re based in TX (NOT local- first lie). Then Larry said he did things my current contract didn’t do- second lie, as well as performing unethical business of knowing I’m under contract and weaseling his way to steal me from my current company. He brags about how he did this with neighbors and takes pictures of their bills/contracts “for record”. I cancel on 2nd day after being swindled and White Knight charges me $270 cancelation prior to even doing so. No reply from customer service in over a week... Very horrible and frustrating experience
Worst 12 months contract I signed. My contract ended on May and I called on Jun to cancel my contract. I was charged another extra month and didn't get reimburse. Three months later, I was charged again. Abby stated that I didn't called on Jun to cancel it. That was BS. Again, I asked for reimbursement. She stated no and charged again. Do not sign a contract with White Knight. It's a scam to overcharge you and they did not work with you to get your reimbursement. They are sorry. In San Antonio

White Knight in Houston is an organization of crooks. Buyer beware! They debited funds from my account without my authorization, and their products DO NOT work. Their employees are lazy. Do your homework before you sign up with these people.
As new home buyers, we were turned on to White Knight through a concierge service. Initially we were excited to have such a reasonably priced yearly service, however we ran into issues when we needed additional treatments. The house we moved into was infested with fleas, and White Knight treated the base boards and said wait two weeks. After two weeks, the fleas were not gone, so they returned and treated in the same manner. A week later, still fleas. Contacted a different company who came the same day, treated the entire yard and whole house. All fleas were dead that night and have not seen one since.
