i’ve only had Orkin for those about a month and a half and it cost me $206 the first time and then $50 a month skews me $52 a month every month even the month that they don’t come I have to pay I don’t think that’s very fair plus when they come they’re only here for about five minutes today they came to spray for spiders I told them I found one in the living room on the ceiling and one was crawling on my brother right outside the back door when he was sitting at the chair !! The only thing he did was go in the garage and put down two cardboard little boxes that were supposedly spider traps he didn’t put any anywhere else I don’t get that I’m not sure if I want to keep them because I... The customer service 2018 was very rude to me and against my will demanded they come out and spray my house after I explain no one will be home we was going out of town for Christmas and New year, They demanded they was coming any way and spray the outside I told them they could not get in my back yard because the gate would be locked, Both man and woman in customer service said they was going to send someone out even if they only spray around the front door, and they will send the person back the 26 which was the day after Christmas, We had to cut our holiday short and rush back home Christmas day and after all the drama from Orkin no one showed up the 26th they came two... We have had Orkin Pest Control's Termite contract since 1969. And we have had inspections annually by a representative of their company, who entered the crawl space and checked the entire area, as well as the detached garage and gave valuable feedback. The 2018 inspection was delayed until summer and I had to call to request it. The gentleman who responded in white shirt and tie did not enter the crawl space, but walked around the outside of the house, opened the crawl space access and peared inside. Your wasting you time dealing with this incompetent company. Terrible customer service, Make appointments that can not be met. I made a appointment for a afternoon application so I changed my previous schedule, only to have them call after I changed my schedule to tell me they could not come for another 4 days.

I have been with Orkin a couple of years. I pay for them to come out on a continuing basis. I have a outbreak of some kind of gnats, so I called for them to come out and take care of them. They were scheduled to come at 2:00 last Wednesday. At 3:30, I called to see when they would arrive. What I got was a suggestion of how I could possibly get rid of them myself and no one came. I couldn’t believe it. So, I have decided to get a new bug control company. I’m billed $80 every few months to keep my house bug free and I feel that they just brushed me off.

Orkin is very bad company. Many workers do not do their job. Poor Customer service. Send the bill before i confirm the appointment. They do not arrive at the time then they cancel the appointment. My experience was horrible.

On July 19, 2017, I contacted Orkin to make an appointment for one of their technicians to visit my single family home here in Amherst, NH which they agreed to do. I then had an email from Orkin - same date - thanking me for requesting their free inspection with this confirmation, and telling me that the ORKIN MAN IS ON IT! I was told that a Customer Service Specialist would contact me by phone with 24 hours to provide this Free Pest Control service. I trusted Orkin with the job to rid my home of cockroaches. They came in every 2 weeks for 3 months and i was still as infested as the day I called them. They were supposed to do a 3 hour flush out, they were there 20 minutes and didn't even do the whole house. They only did the kitchen and never even moved the stove or refrigerator to get behind it. Then my other visits they would only do have the house each time instead of the whole thing. I guess when your the 900 pound gorilla in the pest control industry you can say and do anything you want and not have to worry about your reputation.They have poor customer service and will say and do anything to keep you thinking your problem is important to them, When a company takes advantage of a desperate person in need, well it doesn`t get any lower than that.
