Hawx is a joke, I had a yearlong contract that would end in June. In May I had a "termite inspection" which was just a young kid who pretended to know what he was talking about. it was a high-pressure situation. he wanted me to spend 2000.00 for a Maintenace contract. I immediately called to cancel my service. I was told then(may) that I had 1 more payment and then my contract would be canceled. I made the last payment and canceled service. Here i am in August and keep getting charged. I spoke with three different people who said it was never canceled etc. and will not remove the charges because it didn't get canceled till august. NOT MY FAULT. BEWARE OF HAWX!!!! AND YOU CAN NEVER REACH... Read More

I feel scammed. I signed a contract that had check marks on four month that I would be responsible to pay. Now I'm being told that I owe 39.99 for each month. $500.00 for removing four mice is way out of line. Its to bad because the tech did a good job of getting rid of the mice and I agreed to pay quarterly maintenance but not 30.99 a month for a year.

Run away from this firm. We contracted with them in early April, 2022 for mosquito control. They conveniently canceled one service, but never rescheduled. We had to call weeks later to get them back. Never advise when next service is scheduled. Results - no evidence of mosquito population control. Service for six months, but bill for twelve. Our experience is you might as well spray water out of a garden hose. Have to give them one star, because I can’t give them minus five. Metro St. Louis area - DO NOY USE.

Hawx Services came to my door last month about the 9th or 10th. this is a lawn spraying service for bugs etc. well the guy tells me that it's 39.99 quarterly. so yeah ok I signed up. they supposedly sprayed my lawn and took payment for spraying it on July 13th. ok all is fine and well. I log into my acct this morning and lo and behold they have taken another 39.99 from my acct because according to them they have changed the billing cycle and sent letters that apparently has gone to everyone's spam folder (this is what the guy told me) i told him I want to cancel right now and I want my money back today. he put me on hold to send me to the cancellation department. after 15 minutes I hung up... Hawx is an amazing company to deal with and they do a wonderful job! I love that when you call customer service that your immediately connected to a real person and that they offer a warranty service if you need it in between services. They take the time to explain how the service works and I always feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for. Thank you hawx for protecting our home.
