Very quick and let us know when he arrived and when he left:-).. As we have a doggie door and had lock it during treatment , this was very nice so we know exactly when to let the dog out:-) I did try to go on the link to give the technician a bonus but the link failed. I'm ok with giving the gentleman a $5.00 bonus A Nelsen

We did not appreciate the fact that your technicians or sales rep do not wear a mask. Austin is experiencing a surge in Coronovirus and people are dying. Why do they not wear a mask when knocking on my door and I answer to someone that is not being safe. It causes me to wonder about your service. This does not make me a happy customer.

Saturday, July 18, 2020 was our first application of product. FIVE STARS ***** to Guillermo "Memo" Carranza!!! šŸ˜Ž This young man was very professional, courteous, considerate and attentive to our pest needs. Memo explained what to expect for the near future and throughout the term of the pest treatment agreement. I need time to review their product, however, I wanted to give my review on our Technician, and the OUTSTANDING service he provided. Kudos to you, Memo!!! šŸ‘šŸ‘€
